What is the legal definition of RELIGION underneath the Canadian law?

PLEASE MENTION THE SOURCE FROM WHICH YOUR INFORMATION IS COMING
Answers: Asker,

There is no set definition for "religion" within Canada and the definition may vary depending on the trial or legislative context in which it is implicated. Also individual provinces and the Federal rule may have different definition for "religion" in their respective statutes.

In US jurisprudence (and contained by specific contexts only) religion has repeatedly been defined as "a sincere belief that fill the same place as a belief contained by God fills within the life of an orthodox religionist."

For a common-law treatment of the definition of religion (which may or may not be authoritative surrounded by Canada) in the context of trust canon, see the "re: South Place Ethical Society" case, [1980] 1 W.L.R. 1565

Hope this help.

i hold a friend who was sexually abused at age 3, and who is in a minute 15. what i was wondering is, is it possible to report this incident even if it have happened a long time ago? will this be tricky to prove?
Answers: i had like thing take place in my kith and kin. my sister was abused when she be five. it eventually cam back up when she be 13. what happened be that if she or he stands behind the certainty that something did happen fulheartedly, next yes something will happen. the imperative just doesnt tolerate things like that be unheard and over look it. its a serious offense. but what that personage will need to do is share how they know it happened. from near, they will more than likely sepate the martyr and the suspect. it will defiantly stir to court. in my family unit they took my sister and put her in foster attention until it was deal with. the defence they prosecuted her step dad was because her mother know about it and over the years we adjectives heard my mom and him agree and argue about it. hopes this help and you should defiantly do something nearly it because that person that did it could so it again.
VERY HARD TO PROVE
but u could report it
yes u can still report it. it wont be complicated to prove since it is understandable that someone would continue that long to put it out in the uncap.
i dont remember anything before i be 4
I'd say it would be complicated to prove by now. Is your friend even sure that it really happen? Because sometimes kids can just conjure up these things, and then believe that they are authentic.
Check the laws within your state. There may be a statute of limitations. It will be hard to prove. There will be some really personal question.

IMHO~I hope the @% pays for this!
for all criminal offence there are secure time limits for reporting them
