Is committing suicide seriously illegal?
i mingy come on, what are they gonna do? throw you in reformatory? give you a fine? if you commit suicide, you are unconscious - you cant do any of that jail time or fine paying. What, are they gonna fine your household? if you commit suicide, then hasnt your ethnic group suffered enough?i am nowhere in close proximity suicidal thoughs, and i hope no one else is any. i just hear that it was, and i be wondering.
Answers: It really is illegal. I know it doesn't craft any sense because if you succeed they can't charge you. However if you try and fail they can arrest you for that.
It is but it should not be
Only arrangements that infringe on someones right to Life, Liberty, or property should be Illegal.
If you take your own vivacity it should be legal.
Attempted (but failed) suicide is grounds for your detention future investigation into your mental state. However, some states (notably Oregon) allow people to commit suicide if they discover - and hold medical certification - that they enjoy an irrevocably terminal disease. Usually, certain cancer patients and a few other uncommon diseases or conditions can qualify.
Assisting a suicide isn't such a good view, as Dr. Jack Kevorkian discovered after getting convicted of (essentially) a conspiracy manslaughter charge - though I don't recall the actual charges file against him.
Your point is well taken. What punishment could the state possibly inflict on a successful suicide? But as be pointed out, a proven suicide usually screws up his/her own insurance coverage and so hurts his/her beneficiaries twice. Once within the heart, once in the wallet. And if the ones disappeared behind include youthful children, suicide is the gift that keep on giving. Because the kids will always wonder if they could own stopped it by behaving better. For the rest of their lives.
... Well its a Sin thats for sure punishable by hell...
.. and its also dishonest.. you can have individuals going around killling them selves in front of culture... besides sometimes you need someone to protect you from your self ha.
you'd be surprised to find out what silly things are against the regulation.
there's one in arkansas or somewhere that say you cannot tie a giraffe to a light post.
in attendance are a ton of laws that are ridiculous
OH and anal sex is unofficial in fairly a few states
Attempting suicide is illegal and if a district attorney or police officer tries to pursue it into a covering, it would be a hard bag. There would be way too much publicity because if you steal someone who is seriously trying to kill themselves try and or convict them of that crime and afterwards put them in put inside, what good does that do to him or her and society. they will a short time ago try it again, in society or within prison.
Can you get fined for public flatulence?
Answers: I don't see how. It is a innate body function. And, it would be pretty hard to prove when adjectives the invisible evidence dissipates into thin nouns.
depends on jurisdiction
that is an nouns quality issue
i have an idea that there might be some elderly laws on paperwork relating to this in some states but most don't enforce them.
Oh, God, I hope not!!!! I'd be broke by very soon.
Like Julie said, I'm sure there is some canon written about this buried somewhere surrounded by some state's law, but you'd be more expected to hear about it on stupidlaws.com than someone certainly getting charged with it.

Law enforcement.what is with MY Space? xxx photos and adjectives. no controle. kids fake their age, and sign contained by.?
A friend of mine sent me his profileon myspace, and i heard lots of kids taking more or less Myspace. I browsed, and unbeleavably, seen lots and lots of things. What is Tom doing? so much 3x things in that and those are not the hidden ones. How can we protect innocent kids. Their parents might not protection, but it is not their fault. I deliberate websites should be really controled. geeeee. What shall we do????Answers: "Tom" doesn't own myspace anymore, he sold it for a LOT of money. Myspace is mostly teens who want attention, that's why you see as much questionable stuff as you do. If it's shocking, it will draw attention to the creator. The company that owns myspace (forget who it is now) could care smaller quantity about what culture put on the website as long as it doesn't get the company contained by trouble (ie. child pornography). As long as people look in myspace, they will make millions from promotion.
It's not myspace or facebook or any online blogging sites that are the culprits here. It's the people posting this stuff. Myspace reserves the right to run their site how they want to as long as they aren't violate the law, and as long as populace are posting xxx pictures that aren't illegal, in attendance isn't anything anyone can, or even should do about it.
Kids are going to be kids and since myspace is available to them, they are going to use it. You can skirmish to make myspace an 18 and over community but later the kids will still just fabricate their age, it's extremely, extremely easy to do, only just type in a made-up year and thats it.
I don't think you should be worrying nearly this because really there isn't anything that can be done because this is America and society are going to post whatever they want.
The simply thing between this and preteen and youthful boys looking up porn and myspace is nothing except the predominant media attention that myspace get.
You cannot control this because again, it is not myspace's fault, it is the nation who post their personal stuff, even though they aren't doing anything illegal.
Set kids computers as set accounts, and set content filters? There are ways to control content. Parents should also rein in and monitor computer access. Your ISP (internet service provider) will help you next to this.

911 calling fees?
i had a problem and i call 911 three times for a serious situation. i live in SF and im wondering if nearby is a charge for each bid you make. does anyone know? and please provide the website if at all possible. thanks!Answers: No. All 911 call are free.
Incidentally... 'not a lot a ethnic group know this...'
You should be aware that a cellphone that doesn't have service turned on will still sort a 911 call. The cellphone doesn't even want to have a number assigned to it.
Various groups (including my local Public Defenders office) collect older cellphones and give them to women who're at risk for domestic viollence so that they can ring up 911 at need.
Richard
richard is correct, but in recent times to be clear - the battery have to be charged *and* the phone has to be on *and* it have to be receiving a sufficient signal from a tower close.
too many years within tech support makes me want to point this out, especially when the information may be needed within a fluid dangerous situation.
What Do You Think About This Statue of Justice?
I just bought this statue. It is made of ceramic/porcelain.Themis is the Greek goddess of sprite. In this depiction, she is holding the scales to show equal distribution of justice in need corruption. Her sword represents power, and she is blindfolded to show execution of justice in need favor.
I bought it because I thought it would remind me about my way; I am planning on entering law enforcement surrounded by American government.
http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa227...
Answers: I congratulate you for your choice of career contained by enforcement of criminal justice.
I know a great deal of lawyers who enjoy statues of justice that are similar to the lines of what you purchased. However, not adjectives justice is blind. I saw a statue of "Justice" surrounded by London [Old Bailey] that was not blindfolded.
Picture of the statue of equality [link below] on top of the Old Bailey. The Old Bailey, this is the probably the most legendary criminal court in the world, and have been London's principal criminal court for centuries. On the dome above the court is to be found the statue of Lady Justice, a woman holding contained by her right hand a sword standing for the power to punish, and contained by her left appendage a balance standing for equity.
According to what they inculcate in regulation school, the directive is a matter of interpretation: whichever side presents the best argument win. According to my experience of fighting for a child's molestation satchel, the statue is blindfolded, therefore, cannot see what "evidence" have been tamper with. Therefore, whichever wealthier side can put up hefty "gold ingots bars" on that scale contained by place of relevant evidence can also win the case.
