Would this be counted as a hate crime?

I be minding my own buisness having a friendly collaborate and (after he found out I am Mormon) he threatened to attack me unless I quit Mormonism (IF he attacks me that is)
Answers: Yes it is.

gw
Hate crime is an illusion. Crime is crime, destruction to persons and their properties. If he attacks you, that's crime. It doesn't thing why.
Hate crime is a stupid socialist idea base on the assumption that motivation is important. It's not.
You can't control what empire thinks or believe by directive. If he hates you he'll dislike whether it's legal or not.
Forget nearly the hate, focus on the crime.

From a trial point of view, detest crimes are punishable in some places. The irony is that it's supposed to be a course to fight nouns. In fact it creates a huge nouns. If I beat you up for no idea, I'll get a minor punishment for mobile. If I beat a jew and shout out loud how I detest them (I don't, it's just an example), I'll grasp a harder punishment for hate crime. So, you conclude up discriminated. Socialism sucks!
If he attacked you for being a Mormon yes.
Physically to be precise.
Based on what you say, no crime be committed.
I think it would solitary be a hate crime if he in reality did attack you. As it is, you friend is just a moron.

It depends if it meet certain criteria. In the U.S., a aversion crime is defined as: 1. any crime committed by a white male against a minority or homosexual; 2. any conduct yourself committed by a white male that can be perceived by a minority or homosexual as prejudice or horrible. I'm sure it will make its route into an official dictionary in the next couple of years.

Should prisoners be given more or less?

than they are currently given? i be set to c'mon once a man murders a house full of people does he really deserve anything other bread, wet and a cold, dark, drenched room?
Answers: That's not the only piece. They also get free taxpayer-sponsored organ transplants within most states (even if they're in deathrow) if they ever involve one. You know what else? They get bumped up the roll! So, if you're a middle-class person who have a father who desperately needs an organ transplant, the rapist/murderer get it before he does. f***ed up isn't it?

And not to mention, they're allowed to use gym equipment, hang down out, eat free food, a bed and do adjectives that stuff that some law-abiding citizens who live under the poverty column can't afford. They get adjectives this stuff paid-for by YOUR tax money for bloodshed an innocent shop owner or raping a 16-year-old highschool student or molesting an 11-year-old girl. And what do most of them get within the end? Freedom and a errand (to give them a 2nd chance).

Sounds nice doesn't it? Wrong! I ponder it was of late this month or around the last week of November when a man convicted of manslaughter be "given a second chance" to work as a door-to-door salesman and ended up robbing, raping and murdering a woman around her unpaid 20s.

So why does this come as a shock to people? I suggest, chances are, most folks reading this right now are nil more than criminal-loving sanctimonious hypocrites. I understand that some of you are delusional adequate to believe that no man should take the vivacity of another person (no thing what), but at what cost? Not all of us believe contained by "higher power" and not adjectives of us believe that we should let criminals loose or hand over them special treatment in exchange of innocent people's lives and inherent rights. Why not stop and think in the region of the families of the victims and how they have a feeling about what's going on? That the hired gun of their child or brother is enjoying a honest life? All that tariff money being shrunken on these low-grade animals could be used to help out law-abiding citizens who entail it the most. Hell, I'm a working student and it frustrates me that the money they take out from my paycheck go to these people. I'm not saw they should give me posterior my money; I'm just dictum they should give it to culture who actually deserve it.
Death.

More than serving sentences.. I strongly believe that intentional or deprived, premeditated homicide (and other awful crimes close to rape, kidnapping, torture, arson, big speed reckless accident causing injury etc., and treason... should be met near swift elimination from society -- for their deficiency of care, concern for others). Punishment never "fits the crime" when the criminal can live -- and culture are dead, maim, disfigured, burned or live in panic. Youth, to me, is NOT an excuse either... if teens use bring/weapons, guns, knife they are aware of what they are doing... and should be gone. ASAP.

Don't let the Christmas sunhat fool you.
No more then that

Absolutely not!
Murderers deserve complete isolation and just a small piece of food to keep them alive! It completely depends on the crime they've commited. I miserable you think of child rapists. They do what they do and procure Life imprisonment, but what you don't know is that LIFE surrounded by prison is so cosy now a days! Some prisoners prefer prison existence to their real ones because it's so comforting.
I know a man who considered necessary to go support to Jail after he was released!!! He single commited assault but he loved Prison funnily enough. He said they play pool etc every light of day and watch telly. I be gobsmacked.

The whole world requirements toughening up a little!
I construe the idea is that our penal system is - surrounded by theory - intended to rehabilitate. The majority of individuals in prison should be given an opportunity to become better cultured and learn a trade so that when they go prison they are able to be a functional factor of society rather than revise to be a better criminal or find that they are unable to support themselves and train up back where on earth they were - committing more crimes.

I am not for throwing populace out like scrap and granted, sometimes it is not easy to stand bringing up the rear that when you are talking going on for someone who has done crap resembling hurt kids or killed those... but once we start picking and choosing where does it close? Additionally, with more and more inhabitants being discovered that they be wrongfully prosecuted due to DNA evidence - many on destruction row - then you better damn skippy be 110% reliable beyond a shadow of a doubt that person is guilty, lead to what if it was you who found themselves surrounded by that position and were forced to live approaching an animal for years on end - knowing you be innocent.
I am not against the death cost, but I think it is the natural way out, they should be locked up for time! But then again prisons provide to lots comforts. They should be in solitary confinement for energy! I love how we send our most dicey people to prison and they shift in and work out next to the gym equipment and come out bigger then they be before they go in, which could engineer them even more dangerous.
Maybe they can agree to the CIA come and practice their interrogation techniques on some of these cold blooded killer once a week.
I'm torn on this topic. My cousin is in detention centre (and has be for the past 14 year) and keep getting denied parole even tho' he's gone from a maximum security to immediately a 'camp cupcake'. While he was contained by there, he be able to catch a college degree... adjectives on the tax payers dime.

So, while I am grateful that he's be educated and that he's preparing himself for when he get out, it's hard surrounded by that I had to rate my own way through college, and didn't receive any help from the duty payers.

I think that it's high-status to note that my cousin didn't gun down anyone, yet rec'd 2 go sentences for a first time offense. He was 19 at the time of the crime.
The soul should be treated a certain method depending on their crime. If you have a uncaring and remorseful person who planned to butcher a bunch of people next they need to be treated inadequately. There are people within prison for minor stuff. Some are in within for misdemeanors and a lot smaller number serious felonies. There are populace who are in within for pot or for lots of unpaid traffic tickets. Me personally I meditate you conditions in prison depend on your crime and how copious times you been to lock up before. There should be prisons for ancestors who are in for minor crimes, environment crimes, and the worst crimes. I don't think it is balanced that person surrounded by for traffic tickets should be treated the same agency in put inside as a serial killer. For nation who done minor crimes they should have duplicate stuff, for medium crimes a short time less, and for the worst closely less.

Is Escourting in the state of Tennessee improper?

I am seriuosly thinking about doing this I entail know though is it illegal
Answers: going to dinner for money is not a crime; exchanging sex for money is prostitution.
Escorting? You tight like the cars beside lights on the roof that escort over sized loads on the freeway? No, it's perfectly legalized.

So is being an escort who go out to dinner etc with a guy for money - but if you don;t hold sex with him you'll not seize any more work from the agency because he'll complain, and if you do have sex near him it's prostitution, which IS illegal.

First if you are not sure which prison he is in here is a web site call (vine link) you can click on search and afterwards the state in which he is surrounded by prison and it will find the inmate and where is incarcerated. After you find where on earth he is located call the prison and find out when his parole audible range is and tell them you want to attend the audible range, you might need to consent to them know why you are wanting to attend and so forth. Then you need to ask them for a copy of the transcript,if they don't hold it find out what court convicted him or where his trial be held. Why is marijuana illegal?

I've hear a thousand reasons range from it competed with the cotton trade to it can bring forth dormant schitzophrenic symptoms (though it be illegal long becore this study be carried out) to suppression of rastafarianism.

anyone got a clue
Answers: yes because its a drug an prohibited substance it alters the mind creates schizophrenia(sp) and endangers vivacity when ***-wipes smoke it and then drive produce they're "safe man"
Im not condoning liquor here any it maybe too should be vetoed as well but never will be as the establishment takes too much within tax revenue to impediment it same for normal cigarettes!
Very righteous question. Alcohol is far worst than marijuana. Though I no longer parcitipate surrounded by such activites having be there done that I can say-so that the effects if anything are way smaller number severe.

It chills some people out, it help certain eye disorders, I truly believe is have some medicinal purposes. I know 2 bipolar individuals and they call it their prescription. It really helps to mellow them out and it's not addictive.

You don't enjoy to just smoke it, since smoking anything is bleak for your lungs. You can use it in cooking (ever hear of special brownies). For me towards the end I purely became fundamentally paranoid when doing it. Very antisocial, very introverted, I didn't want to be contained by public etc.

But in the early days of it.it was great.
Federal and State congresses enact laws making possession, use, cultivation and dissemination unlawful.
There are many contributors, which is what you are asking.
It is an outgrowth of the culture period of war post alcohol prohibition. The real answer is: the shift of the US gov towards nannygov and capitalistgov or those who believe they own god on their side, and that we should all do as they right to be heard.
More in depth: it is a huge command business and part and parcel of the philosophy that you can be jailed for what you do to yourself: transport illegal drugs.
That is why billions of rates dollars are raised and police and other governmental agencies are equipped to prosecute (read persecute) marijuana (and other illegitimate drugs). The prisons are filled beside drug offenders, which are disproportionately black and hispanic. Most adjectives is the prison population: mostly drug offenders instead of the bloodthirsty criminals who belong there.
There are masses things that contributed to Marijuana being banned, but the more important cross-examine is why did the American public support it?

It became associated near Mexican immigrants and jazz musicians and policy-makers and opponent were competent to get the American public to associate marijuana beside hard drugs resembling cocaine and heroine (dope and prohibited) versus alcohol and tobacco (bad, but accepted). When the white college kids started smoking it as part of the counter-culture movement, it transformed plentifully of those misconceptions.

Nixon put together a commission to study marijuana and they concluded that it should not be criminalized and that it's effects were mostly reversed near abstinence. They also pointed out the miscategorization as an indecorous one (it's since been shown that marijuana doesn't effect dopamine receptors similar to cocaine and chocolate, and shouldn't be called "dope" at all).
Because America is a dictatorship.

Animal cruelty on commercials?

So anyone else seen that commercial beside the fish flopping around out of water? The one give or take a few asthma, and some little kid narrates it, truism his asthma is like human being a fish out of water. Are fish not considered animals? Isn't suffocating a fish on a camera technically cruelty? I saw an episode of mythbusters where on earth they tried to get a skunk to spray on them, but they be not allowed to hit it, or even knock its pen, for fear of animal cruelty. But fish can be more or smaller number strangled for the sake of a commercial? I am not an animal activist or anything, I'm only curious if fish are not actually considered animals.
Answers: I remember that commercial. PETA did brand name a big thing more or less it, back within the early 90's when the commercial come out. Years before that at hand was a music video from Faith No More call "Epic" at the end of the video, nearby is a fish out of water flopping around. I believe that the group get called out by PETA.
But yes, the inhabitants who did that commercial got contained by trouble over it, a long time ago.
they could have used more than fish to use this commercial . you dont know how long the fish be without sea. shot from different angles and slowed down it will fool you and make you believe it be out of water channel longer as it actually be.
15-20 second is stressing but not life threating for a goldie
