What is considered discrimination at work ?

If everyone at the work place get a bonus except me, is that considered discrimination?
Answers: If your performing your work just as the others are...next yes it is.Why else wouldn't you have gotten one!
Not except getting the bonus was base on a poor performance review and/or indeterminate as a given in an employment contract.
Have you asked why you didn't find one?
Only if the reason be because you belong to a protected class.

Wouldn't the prison system be much better and less?

of a burden on levy payers if they made the inmates work
contributing to some of the jobs that we settle up citizens and
contractors to do. Wouldn't that offset some of their
expenses? Also train them to work for a living!
Answers: If we consider the penal system from a financial perspective, a possible solution which would cost next to nil is to establish prison camps contained by wilderness areas of the country.

The prisoners would be required to build their own bunk houses, grow their own food, and lift their own animals and produce their own clothing.

Surplus production could be shipped out, sold on the open marketplace, the profits banked and rewarded out to convicts on their release. It could function like a socialist coop.

A form and dental insurance plan might even be started, paid for from profits of their business.

Sounds virtuous on paper and it might even work.
in reality we should just slave them to passing. why not right?

but seriously, are you into forced labor of imprisoned individuals, some of whom are innocent?
Inmates learn to work for a living.
Its the public that doesn't want to hire individuals who have served time or are on probation.
Thus cause the criminal to commit a crimes again.
They all want a free check and work is not on their minds.

Most are near because of drugs. I say decimalize drugs and agree to the chips fay were they may. I could start a current business building all the coffins we'll involve.
No. If citizen A is running a business making widgets, he has to clear for insurance, unemployment, etc. The prison starts making widgets minus having to retribution those expenses and undersells citizen A. Citizen A goes out of business, his workers entwine up on government assistance, at taxpayer expense, some bend up in prison making widgets.

Using prison labor to replace civilian contractors puts citizens out of work.
I think its a upright idea but consequently on the other hand you dont want to force something upon general public
and its true that many society are 'innocent' but even if i was wrongly convicted of an pique I would want to do something in prison
ongoing time of war.
Yes the prison system would be better off if we in fact made them work.
Actually the Sherriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona have it right.
Google him people within Az love him.
Unfortunately in most states the union have a grip on the legislature and have even gotten the courts to agree that the inmates cannot work because it take jobs away from other citizens within the state.
Prison is a joke, My theory of a perfect prison is one to be precise so bad that basically the thought of being sent in that strikes fear within the hear of even the most hardened criminal. My Idea is a 5 foot by 3 foot cell, with zilch in it but a bucket for useing the bathroom, no widows, and the prisoner is never relesed from their cell for any cause, not even to shower, and food is sliped in through a small hole, and food would be minimal, basically enough to preserve the prisoners alive.

Say i'm 17 & my family is going away me home while they go on time off a few days. is that legal?

i suggest, they're leaving the country, benevolent of vacation. (from so cal down to mexico (on a cruise) to florida)
Answers: Yeah it would be lawful, as long as they leave you beside food and shelter.

Your family is taking a trip short you, though, really? That sucks. If you actually want to turn and they won't let, you are obligated to throw a huge shindig and trash the house.
Is the rent paid so you won't acquire kicked out? Did they leave food contained by the house? so you won't starve.
Most of the women in my line from grandparents and aunts and uncles were married and have a baby by that time.
Are they disappearing you minor children to take watchfulness of?
Most 17 year olds I know would give their eye teeth to hold their parents leave. While on time off party time!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sit backbone plan a party and delight in the free time.
Who ever heard of a child sitter for someone 17.
I'd be excited! "Yay, I get to own the whole house to myself!" "Party!"
I wouldn't see whats wrong near that. I'm sure you have clan or friends around..so they know people will check up on you & you won't be alone 24/7.

But, if you don't close to the idea of mortal home alone for that along, I would say it's private. They can't just relate you to stay at home by yourself for more than a day if your afraid. Just transmit them. Like I said, it's not like you'll be alone 24/7. Stay at family or friends a few times. Stay busy. Drive around a lot..if u enjoy ur liscense. Try not to stay home too much. As for me..I'm 18 & whenever I know I have to be home alone over the dark..I get fearful..but then again we've be robbed many times..& once I be the only one home. So if you're not afraid too..it shouldn't be a problem. I didn't be set to to try & scare you any by saying that. Have Fun.
Are adjectives of you legal at adjectives?

All illegal aliens must travel back to their country. We do not want them here, taking down our culture next to Third World values.

What do you tink of capital punishment?

I chew over capital punishment is a fitting idea. Yes, vivacity in prison is punishment, but not plenty. If someone killed your wife, husband, parent, sister, brother, the closest peron to you, would you really want them to live the rest of their life span in lock up?? Free cable, 3 meals a year, being taken prudence of from other inmates, getting to work out on nice equipment, let them plan an escape, etc... These inhabitants deserve to die. There is no way around it. I'll even appropriate it one step further and go beside "Eye for an eye". I wish that they step through the same aching, miserable death that they did to the individual that got them on loss row. You kill a man near an axe to the head, you receive an axe to the head. You shoot him, you procure shot. You stab him, you get stabbed. But what do I know, i'm individual from Texas.
Answers: We allow the death cost but not the death by torture cost. You don't have to sympathize near criminals or want them to avoid a terrible punishment to ask if the demise penalty prevents or even reduce crime and to think give or take a few the risks of executing innocent people.

126 individuals on death rows hold been released beside proof that they were wrongfully convicted. DNA is available surrounded by less than 10% of adjectives homicides and isn’t a guarantee we won’t execute innocent people.

The release penalty doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the release penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The passing penalty is neither. Homicide rates are difficult in states and regions that own it than in those that don’t.

We own a good alternative. Life short parole is now on accounts in 48 states. It method what it says. It is sure and swift and occasionally appealed. Life without parole is smaller number expensive than the death cost. And spending 23 of 24 hours a day contained by a tiny cell, forever, is no picnic.

The death cost costs much more than life surrounded by prison, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent nation.

The death cost isn't reserved for the worst crimes, but for defendants with the worst lawyer. It doesn't apply to people near money. When is the last time a moneyed person be on death row, agree to alone executed?

The death cost doesn't necessarily help family of murder victims. Murder victim nearest and dearest members across the country argue that the drawn-out departure penalty process is throbbing for them and that life lacking parole is an appropriate alternative.

Problems with speeding up the process. Over 50 of the innocent ethnic group released from death row have already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent person.
i believe contained by capital punishment, but i grain the victims family should be the merely ones on the jury. and, if they don't give the disappearance penalty, he should belong to them, to call round weekly if they choose, to do what ever they like. within other words, i think if they don't annihilate him, his life should be made pure hell.
