Question about bosses lewd behavior at work.?
The president of the company I work for is constantly on the computer looking at same sex pornographic websites. Numerous times myself and fellow coworkers own walked within on him while he was viewing these sites and hold seen some terribly graphic descriptions.1. What should I do? It is very self-conscious. I sent an anonymous email to our corporate headquarters in France and nought was done. Also, I own complained to my immediate supervisor as economically.
2. Is there anything legaly I can do since the company have failed to stroke on this behavior?

Now that I know your a guy and he's watching gay porn that channel it looks even more like sexual bullying. Because it's almost as if he's waiting for someone to say "hey I'm gay too, I love that website" Or similar to he's trying to see people's reaction. I really believe he's an iddiot, what kind of president runs a company approaching that. Go with my direction on asking him to minimize it when people come into the organization. But be careful how you approach the situation.
