Can a company tell you what you can do at home?
I own been looking for a healthcare livelihood and I understand the no smoking policies. I am not a smoker and I can comply near these policies w/o any problems but for those who do smoke-can they really tell you that you can't smoke while at home?Answers: i dont construe so.but so far the courts say they can
I regard state to state the laws are different, but abundant companies in states can put together this distinction becuase of the effects on the cost of healthcare and also on the basis that a non smoker is statistically contained by better health than a smoker.
It is their business and can apply any rules they want as long as it doesnt involve see gender and things along those lines.
ADDITION: No I am not for limiting my personal freedom. I lose no personal freedom by them implimenting those rules next to their business, Why? Becuase I have the freedom not o work in that if I dont like their rules or regulations. You are the one who wishes to limit their freedom to run a business the opening they see fit.
They are a private company and have no necessity to provide employment to you or anyone else. There are many companies that are succesful companies that I would not consider working at becuase I dont agree near the way they run their company. See I enjoy the freedom to not work their so in no path are my personal freedoms being violated or restricted, but if you as the employee be able to dictate the company policy you would be limiting that employer freedom to run their business as they see fit.
There are many companies who dont hire drinkers or populace who do not keep themselves within shape. just look at mode modeling, many job that require high financial guarantee or are keeper of big information will not hire drinkers.
It is their choice to do so and your choice to work their or not.

You make the decision for your own children and don't worry something like others. If you don't want them on the site, then hold on to them off. Simple as that.

Expungement does not exist in Nevada but Sealing of criminal archives does and those are protected by court order unless the Court have good idea to Unseal them. In my opinion, application to be an embalmer is not such a satchel for unsealing criminal records. It could be argued that it go to your moral character, but The Board of Funeral Directors for the State would enjoy to make a showing that your long-gone criminal record relates to the practice of embalm.
I don't see why not. Check with your Secretary of State who would be best qualified to answer that interview. A lot of things would depend on how long you have be out, what your conduct has be in the spell since your release, and when and if you got your training for the skill you want to work within.

Does a constable always start out a card in the door?
A constable come by and didn't leave a card surrounded by the door. Is that unusual of a constable? Aren't they always suppose to quit a card in the door so that approach you know they have come by? Otherwise, how would the person who lives in that know a constable is looking for them? I contacted the local county constable number and they said if they didnt leave a card htne possibly that person realize they had the wrong address. They have a terrifically distinct knock - I dont know how I know the difference between a constable knock and a regular person knock, but I do know when not to answer the door!
Make sure your door is locked by the style. I had a constable pocket it upon himself to open my door and meander in and look around (and he gone my door open!)

My son's mother sent me to the child support because i was not competent to make the payments we own agreed on before.When i go to court they gave me the 17% of what i be making and i have be paying them since. But i was terminated and the court will not modified the instruct. I found another job making smaller amount money so i went wager on to court to modify this order again because they be taking more than half of my weekly check, but again the consider said that it is my responsability to make the difference thus i will have to find another employment and be able to receive what i was making until that time.
I believe this is very unreasonable, but i dont know what to do, i dont have the money to reimburse a lawyer

Answers: I would try finding a local father's rights advocacy group. I found one in my nouns to help a friend out and it concluded up working out well. around my friend's conservatory there are a few sex offender and i dont think that they are aloud around the nouns..especially with kids that stroll past in that to and from the school.
