Now, this historic weekend she called me roommate and told her that she considered necessary to come take the entertainment center specifically in our living room. She brought it when she moved within, but told my roommate she could keep it because it be too heavy for her to move.
Can we merely tell her she can't own it since there be a verbal agreement that she be giving it to us?

Where I live, it's illegal to destroy deer if it's not hunting season (or rather, if you're not butchery them with the appropriate weapon that weekend), but they don't arrest you if you strike a deer next to your vehicle.
