There is the arguement that if they swot up in prison after they will be successful when they get out. WRONG. Over 80 percent of those released from prison will return. My best friend have a two year old and my friend and the baby's father own recently split (they be never married). They went to court over the newborn and the courts decided that she be the primary caregiver and that the father got the tot every other weeked starting Thursday at 5 and ending Monday at 5. Well, he call and told her that he got a missive from HER lawyer wise saying that he got the little one EVERY weekend starting Thursday at 5 and ending Monday at 5. That make no sense because how can she be the primary caregiver when the father has the child more? She can't get a hold of her advocate and she doesn't have satisfactory money to go down to the court house and acquire a copy of the papers, they're $5 a page. She's terrified that he is going to come today and pilfer her baby away. We don't know what to do!!! Can he do that? Do we enjoy to give the infant to him today?
