Answers: If it's just misdemeaner probation, you are pretty nontoxic. 6 months is a pretty short period of time to be on probation, so I don't see them shortening your time... but that's other a possibility. As far as curfew goes, specifically strictly between you and your probation officer. I wouldn't push the issue until you have talk to him/her about it. I wouldn't recommend newly ignoring your PO's call upon, but if you happen to miss it, I would ring up back ASAP. When they don't hear wager on from you... that's when they start becoming extremely strict and watching you like a hawk.

I know you're trying to avoid paying an attorney, but if you want to really avoid a headache later (law arts school textbooks are full of cases that go on for years because someone tried to avoid an attorney), find a good attorney in a minute. Answers: I've other thought that, for serious crimes, the trial should be the same regardless of the individual who committed it (at most minuscule for teenagers and up). It seems to me that in need having have the trial, it isn't fair to wish beforehand what range of sentences the defendant ought to be eligible for. The approach I would do it is that, if the defendant is convicted, the court would then be allowed to consider mitigating the sentence because of the defendant's age. The jurisdiction (a state, say) would require psychiatric evaluations of juveniles convicted of these offenses. The find would be asked to consider, based on the results of these evaluations, how promising the juvenile is to re-offend, whether a juvenile facility would decrease the chance of rehabilitation, and to what extent the juvenile was competent to appreciate the magnitude of the crime. These factor could affect both the length of the sentence and the type of facility.

The problem I see today is that, especially next to highly publicized crimes, in attendance will always be pressure to try the accuse as an adult, and factor such as publicity and the attitude of the district attorney may come in to play more than factor relating to the alleged perpetrator. Why is everyone SO quick to blame the POST OFFICE?

My biggest issue beside the post office is abdication of packages. I live about 500ft offer or take down a dirt road from my communication box.

My aunts messages carrier wont stop at the box if in that is something as small as a rock in front of it. Literally. I be sitting out front of her house one day when the possessor came through. Since I be outside I guess he decided to vent. Anyways, point one he couldnt stop at the box unless a completly clear area be available to pull past its sell-by date on - no rocks, no weeds or flowers, simply nothing except the bos, the stand, and dirt or cement.

I would mind if there be only a few incidents. You are right, presently one can please everyone all the time. However, the brand of laziness I hold experienced with the carrier in my nouns make me choice I never had to operation with the postal service ever again.
