Anyone dating a police man/woman? trust issues?

I hear all sorts of stories almost cheating police on their partners and lots of coppers sleeping around. Any police on here can speak about me why they do this?? And why are they constantly out partying with one another? is it to cop sour with other coppers. Im asking cos it efects me and its really annoying me. Im serious.
Answers: I can't be too specific here but coppers prefer their own. There are unbelievably few relationships that work with one within and one out. Sorry dolly but it's a fact.
If they are a gala reflection of the population, fairly than a certain stereotype, which tend to be assumed by those with expert opinions of police, after it seems to follow that they are basically as likely to that as anyone else.
Any extremes any way next to their behaviour might suggest a potential problem near the way recruits are identified.

What does Preliminary Hearing status- WAV mean?

Answers: That the defendant (or his lawyer) have waived his right to a preliminary audible range.

In 99% of cases, a preliminary hearing is an abject lavish of time. ALL the State has to show is that they own enough evidence to manufacture it worth while going to trial.

Only in unbelievably unusual circumstances - such as, perhaps, a clerical error prevailing to the wrong person person named within the charging document - is there any point contained by the defendant insisting on one.

If your child was the martyr of a wrongful death what would you do?

1. Demand the District Attorney contained by the local jurisdiction look into the case for criminal charges.
2. Sue the individuals within the insurance company who had anything to do beside the decision contained by a wrongful death civil dealing
3. Do what he mother of a child killed by a drunk driver and set out the equivalent of MADD to try to see that it never happens again.
4. Demand your congressman memorialize your child by introducing legislation surrounded by her name to label it a federal offense to override the medical opinion of an attending physician for financial reason.
5. Demand the insurance Commissioner pull the license of the Insurance Company (Cigna) to deal in insurance in that state.
6. All of the above.
Answers: Depending on the circumstances surrounding the extermination, I would do any of the above. I can't say I would do adjectives of them, but it would depend on how my child died and what were the circumstances around it.
I would do number one

the rest of them are a bit too excessive
6, and as expected I'll mourn for my child's (if I had one) loss. What kind of mother wouldn't? Unless they be too busy bein angry and bent on revenge?

Don't forget a funeral, and all that traditional chinese traditions for funerals. Even wearing itchy clothes and sitting on your legs practically the whol daytime.
Definitely start a lawsuit. I know who you're speaking of and, from the information that I have hear, there be reason to believe that she could be help with a liver transplant. I don't believe that an insurance company have a right to deny someone, especially so young, the possibility of enthusiasm. One would think that have insurance is "insurance" against going through a situation like this. I realize that insurance rates are high-ranking but this is ridiculous. She was infantile and should not have be denied a future.

I guess I'm supporting likelihood #2. The idea isn't that the parents can profit past its sell-by date of their loss but to try and prevent that other families suffer through matching ordeal. I would definitely not budge with Mark Garogos, though. He wouldn't be my 1st or even 20th choice on any suit. I simply dislike this man on several levels (not a big follower of Gloria Allred's, either).
#6
All of the above.

You could never do too much for your child in this armour.
To me it's the ones who don't do enough that stipulation to step forward.
#6.
You may also want to do some research into the steps that Dennis Quaid and his wife are taking in good opinion to the Heparin overdose on their newborn twins. The children did not die, but Dennis is using his public image to gross some changes to hold other children safe. This could possibly tie into the wrongful death/insurance situation.
I am hoping that your request for information is hypothetical - if not, my sympathy to you and yours.
I would achieve the best plaintiff's lawyer I could find.

I would capture closer to my religion and attempt to heal my excited wounds.

You don't really state anything about the facts relating to haw the "wrongfull death" occur, so it's hard to verbs much about what to do.
When you are discussion about your child, you move about for the throat. I however feel that #1 is your best instrument to approach the situation. The demands in #4 and #5 would be tough to accomplish.

Good Luck

What can I do if I am on probation and i have smoked earlier i was on probation.?

the drug tryout will show positive maybe so what should i do at this point?
Answers: okay I'm having that same problem right in a minute , from what people have told me is that as long as you have tolerate them know you have did it beforehand you shouldn't have a problem. But the best bearing to get it out of your system is to Go to a Grocery Store and buy some CIRTO its contained by a package, you put within in some sea drink all of it 3 hours prior to your drug testing. (*it really taste disgusting)
Be honest near your probation officer about when you ending used... Your probation cannot be violated for something you did before you be sentenced... Your PO will likely any wait 30 days to theory test you, or s/he will test you immediately to get a baseline (without file a violation) and then verbs to test you to spawn sure levels are dropping...

Sister-in-Law questioning my mother's wishes for endorsement down jewelry to her only daughter--can she do this?

Mother talk to me for years of me having her and her mother's jewelry when she died. My father permit me have some jewelry and personal items, so I give some significant pieces of jewelry to my sister-in-law knowing it would please my brother. Now SIL is saying my mother told associates once (maybe 4 yrs ago) that she was going to make a contribution her another item . I'm not sure mother would have considered necessary me to give SIL what I did, she have mentioned her displeasure with her son's wife, and my SIL didn't help out my parents with this later move 2 years ago or even visit until the darkness she saw my father after my mother died. SIL lives about an hour away. I deduce the conversation she is talking just about occurred years ago, and I'm wish I hadn't given her anything at this point! Knowing my mother's feelings and have stayed close, really best of friends, with her, can SIL try to enjoy her "witnesses" speak up to get this other item? I'm shocked really, but confident my mother intended for me to own it.
Answers: Jewelry or personal items that was your grandmothers to mothers go to you the daughter not in law. If your mother would have considered necessary her to have it she would enjoy told your father or you. If anything she would have gone a piece to your brother (Her Son) he could have taken one of her pieces and made something for himself. Tell your brother to control his wife.
Whatever be written in your mothers will is what counts, NOT doesn`t matter what verbal conversations she may hold had surrounded by the past.

A creature can leave their stuff to whoever they want, near no legal restrictions. (There is ONE sole exception. surrounded by Louisiana a child has a legalized right to a portion of his deceased parents estate, even if he's not name in the will)

Richard
It sounds close to your mother did not leave a will (intestate). There does not appear to be any proof that the sister-in-law is entitled to anything. Your father (if living), you, and your sibling(s) are her heirs. You can try looking up the intestacy law for your state.

How sad. I choice all of you peace.
be at lessen with your choice, your mother entrusted you next to items so that you could choose what to do with them. so don't be aware of bad just about the pieces u gave her. also as long as in that was a will afterwards thats the law. the single thing that can lawfully "overpower" a will is "last words" which is when a human being (aware of imminent death) tell someone something that they want to have done. I'll also mention that "concluding words" normally doesn't work next to natural cause's of loss

hope I helped sorry if I afend -mchazz

Do you have to vote within the state you registered in?

??/
Answers: If you vote by letters, no, you don't have to in actual fact be 'in state' to vote for that state's elections (or city or county). YOU DO HAVE TO BE REGISTERED in the place you LIVE, though, and you must 'register' that you want an 'absentee' or 'mail ballot' sent so you can style your vote AHEAD of election time, since they must be all 'mailed' (postmarked) on or up to that time that day to be a 'valid' vote. There is NO 'national voter's registry' even within Washington, D.C. since the city of Washington, and the 'District of Columbia' are the places you would be registered in if you lived at hand.
You have to vote within the state that you are registered in, unless you find an absentee ballot.

If you are contained by a ew state permanently, you must reregister.
You can solely vote in a state within which you are registered. But you don't have to vote. You can also vote by skiver ballot in the state surrounded by which you are registered.

There is plenty of time before the General Election, budge Register.
You don't have to vote at adjectives, but you can't vote anywhere but the district in which you are registered.

Marriage license?

Is a marriage license required within every state in the U.S. to enjoy a legal bridal? And is a ceremony the only mode to obtain a wedding certificate?

Is stealing myspace pictures a federal offense?

So, ok my friend he was on my computer.. and i found out he be using this really weird guy's pictures on myspace. and today he be at my house and was chitchat to the person he stole the pictures from. the guy told him that he call the cops and all..and it's a federal crime. so my friend and i are worried the cops might come over to our door..

give somebody the third degree is can this actually crop up to the point the cops will come to my house but we live in a different state than the soul who called the cops on my friend for stealing his pictures.?
Answers: 1. Pictures posted on myspace are no longer private. If you can put aside them to your hard drive from a public space similar to myspace, they're public.

2. Unless this guy in some strange course KNOWS where your friend lives, it's going to be really difficult for the police to find him even if they considered necessary to. Have you considered that?
The cops won't even bother.
The only item the guy could do is take the being to court and sue. But, since your friend isn't making any money from the photo, or claiming it's his.
there is no authentic point to go to court.
the police would any dismiss the case,

or

if the individual charged theft of identity,,,,,
consequently i have no model.
It's a violation of the picture owners copyright. Since the use is non-commercial, though, the one and only recourse is (if the guy wants to compensate lawyers and court fees) to own a court order him to cart the pictures down.

The guy can also make a copyright contravention report to MySpace, who will take them down.

EDIT - To farien and Magnus - publishing a copyright portrait on a public forum like MySpace does NOT somehow get it non-copyright.

Richard
No,
not unless they are actual pictures of the guy himself or maybe his outstandingly own artwork, then nearby is the copyright infringements.
and not where cops can come to your door, perchance he would get something within the mail, but they wouldnt know where on earth to go, unless your friend give the guy hes home address which would have be stupid.
Rawbert is right. there is also the entanglement surrounded by the US Constitution, Article 4 Section one that says

"Full Faith and credit shall be given respectively state to the public acts, collection and judicial proceedings of every other state."

Look up what it means, it's kinda complicated, but also, look at the word sighns underneath or on top of every picture on the profile notification about the pictures person able to be copied. it's a simple and glib answer. you guys are either one threatened by a retard, or are just unconscious of how much the federal government will do.
Pictures posted on a public domain site become friendly to use such as what your friend did. The pictures have to hold a copyright stamp on them, or clearly be noted on the web page that they are copyrighted for this to be a crime.

You did, however, do somethign specifically unethical and you should discontinue the practice.

With that said, no police agency have the time and funds to pursue this and investigate it.

I would recommend you and your friend discontinue using someone else's photos. Yo should not worry roughly speaking the other person's claims.
Relax. What he's trying to say is that because the photos be from another state, your alleged "theft" is now "interstate" and hence a "federal" crime.
But near are all kind of excuses you have to cover your butt for that.
for example:
"I enjoy an unprotected wireless network, and someone be leeching my network."
"I'm within an apartment complex, and I have some a-hole who lives downstairs from Cuba who doesn't take in these things, I'll got tell to him about that."
... and so on.
