Why do people hold a problem realizing that those in authority can do wrong?

When you mention in the region of child abuse, the child is automatically suspect and it is assumed the parent is innocent. When you mention priest swearing, everyone takes up for the pedo or finds error with the victims. If you are abused by doctors or teacher, they are believed. If a woman is raped by a man, it is often assumed that she did something to warrant it. If you mention that a parent or cop backtalks you, you are see as causing trouble.

So why do race have trouble believing that authority information are human and that they can do really bad things? Why is nearby blindness when leaders do wrong? Why can't people swot to automatically assume the authority figure is at blemish and their subject is innocent?
Answers: I feel strongly around this, too. Mainly with police, who are some of the crookedest populace you will ever meet! How do I know? Some of them are my friends and they enlighten me about adjectives the crooked crap they do. I tell them how I ought to turn them within and they laugh. Who'll believe me over the cops?

Cuz let's face it, race make false accusation all the time, especially against culture in power. Look at the Duke lacrosse casing. An attorney prosecuted 3 Duke students based on what a woman said, and she turned out to be lying more or less it. The lawyer get disbarred for that one. Really? I have be a criminal defense attorney for about 8 years and enjoy never seen the child automatically suspect. The prosecutors hold no trouble filing these cases at adjectives when the only evidence is the child's word.

The only point that I do agree with you roughly speaking is when cops are accused of wrongdoing. They almost other get out of it.even when here is a video tape of their wrong doing. There is a problem next to too many of our citizens within this country that think cops are some kind of gods and can do anything they want. Unfortunately, these people carry on juries and bow down to these "gods" and present them a pass contained by whatever they do.
In the types of cases that you are mentioning, I would guess it have to do with the reality that there are so heaps false accusations.

It is unquestionably not fair to the victims who are describing the truth, that they recieve accusations or suspicions. But in attendance are quite a few associates who claim they were violated within one of these ways that you have mentioned, and singular say it so that they can sue and take a whole lot of money. Or I don`t know they are trying to get fund at someone. Whatever the reason, in attendance are a lot of false claims.

In the types of cases you mention, the authority figures are on the defense side. The defense lawyer are trying to get their clients sour, and they use whatever they can to capture the juries to side next to their clients. They play on sympathies, they play on beliefs of the jury, and so on.

The defense will say "yes, my client may enjoy raped the woman, but she was sending signals next to her dress that convinced him she wanted to own sex." Or something like, "the officer be trying to protect society and this one got surrounded by his face, what be he supposed to do but get wager on in the problem individual's facade. He did it to protect himself." Any number of things can be used.

I wish it be as simple as you want to believe it is, but there are too several times when it is fake. Eventually ethnic group will side with authority even when it is wrong, because they see it evolve too many times when the other side be lying.
It isn't just for relations who are authority figures, it go for anyone. I have no problem believing it, but I want to see the proof. Anyone accused of doing anything wrong is innocent until proven guilty, and the burden of proof rests near the person making the reproach. The accused does not inevitability to prove his innocence.

What you are roughly saying is that when someone is accuse of doing something wrong, they are "automatically" at fault. In other words, guilty until proven innocent. This violate one of the fundamental principles of our constitution.

When we passed the prohibition act(18th amendment) alcohol was prohibited. This seems resembling a good view to me but when it was passed nation still got alcohol. well. I don't really inevitability to add anything to your comments. You are right on. Those of us who contribute a darn about this call for to stand up for our Second Amendment rights! UPDATE: Anna (and everyone else), you should maybe do a bit checking and find out HOW MANY CRIMINALS ARE USING REGISTERED GUNS! I bet it would be about 0%. What would you do in this skin?

Im about to hold a background check (live scan) done. I hold an unadjudicated offense that i successfully completed probation for. If i give them this info i presume it will automatically make sure i dont find the job but if they find it after not describing them i surley wont. what seems to be the best remedy?
