Can u sue someone for not let u speak ur mind?

when others are allowed to
Answers: You can sue anyone for anything, but you won't win. However, you can sue a company for treating race unequally if it is because of their see, age, gender, religion, but you also hold to prove that's the reason why they are doing. However, if they freshly have a bleak complaint policy you probably can't win a suit. There also usually has to be some thoughtful of monetary damages to sue, meaning you lost your opportunity or something like that, otherwise what are you suing for? It is truly very sturdy to sue an employer.
Well, I would expect rude answers, like the first one. But to answer your give somebody the third degree, you can, but it would be costly. If you aren't rich, then cram to bite your tongue, off it you hold too, unless you like the turmoil it will lead to. Or unless your dad is in politics.
Us peons don't count!
im afraid not. ur of late so pissed off, don't sue anyone. permit it pass.
No, because of freedom of speech.
Anyone can sue anyone for anything.

But you can't win. No-one except the policy has any restrictions on man "made" to let others speak their minds.

Check if your company have an Open Door Policy. Most companies do, and this gives adjectives the employees the right to come and chat to management in need being frowned upon.

Question about murder sentence?

I am helping to congregate information for my friend who is working on an assignment for her PhD in English.

One of her characters is a man who rhythm his wife and ended up accidentally massacre her. For a crime like this, what is the MINIMAL sentence someone would be given and what is this crime call? (ie 2nd degree murder) Thank you.
Answers: it would probably be classified as second amount murder because it wasn't premeditated. the sentence would depend on the state and if there's any sort of priors, especially violent crimes.
Death
Life
enthusiasm with parole

usuallly parole after 25 years. your state should enjoy a website for all their statues, if your friend is a phd even student, she should be doing this herself
It depends first on where the butchery took place. If you are talking Canada...next there are several factor that must be taken into account. First past its sell-by date sentencing ranges vary widely, for duplicate offence, but nearby are some that are mandated by decree. For example
1st degree murder is an automatic Life within Prison in Canada next to no chance of parole for 25 years. At one time at hand used to be a "faint hope clause" within which a prisoner could go within front of a court and basically ask for the courts mercy within allowing parole elegibility to be immediate fairly than waiting, but that has since be abolished as prisoners close to Clifford Olsen were sentenced underneath it and they abuse it as capably as the victims having to relive the nightmare every two years for parole hearing. 1st degree murder is also an automatic surrounded by which there is premeditated, calculated thought into the massacre. It is automatic for the killing of a peace officer within the line of duty which includes police officer, judges, police, conservation officer, prison guards and other constabulary or judicial officials. Offenders resembling Paul Bernardo, Clifford Olsen have be sentenced as first degree murderers.
2nd scope murder is a sentence that carries vivacity also. However the judicial mandate is very flexible contained by allowing for sentencing. Usually second degree is murder that is to say not premeditated. A good example of this which is debateable is Willie Pickton. However the sentencing list tends to be 10-20 years in the past any elegibility for parole.
Manslaughter is another charge of murder which is usually crimes of heated passion such as a shaft fight gone wrong or a squabble between lovers terminated with one choking the other or stabbing the other. Sentencing ranges are usually contained by the 3-20 year range near no life sentence...explanation that they are free after their sentence ends...a good example which is ably known is the defence of Karla Homolka who testified against her husband contained by exchange for 10 years. Many people said that they compensated off the devil next to this one. That if they had found the tape sooner there would own been no contract and she would still be behind bar.
Fourthly there are several cases of death where on earth there is negligence. Again sentencing ranges from 18 months of house arrest-20 years within prison. Usually these charges are laid against street racers who have struck and kill pedestrians with charges laid out similar to criminal negligence causing release or Driving under the influence beside a secondary charge of criminal negligence cause death. In these cases within is no intent, there be no probability that a death would transpire. They just occured as circumstances tragically unfold. Usually contained by split second automobile accidents. The individual deciding factor be that the offenders be committing offences which if they have not been doing so may hold altered the outcome of the death to one an injury or missing the person entirely, etc. Anyways I hope this help.
With a REALLY good attorney, 15 to life. With a REALLY appropriate prosecutor, 25 to life.

Can someone define this paragraph for me? since they enjoy alot of big words i dont understand?

In Chicago, nearby were masses Democrats, but few openly disloyal Copperheads. In 1861, the city's influential Democrat, Stephen Douglas, called on his carnival to support the Lincoln administration, and most Democrats rally to the Union war application with enthusiasm. By 1863, however, discontent next to several of the administration's war measures–taxes, bank policies, conscription, infringements on civil liberties, and especially the Emancipation Proclamation–caused an upsurge of antiwar awareness. Wilbur Storey's Chicago Times was locally famous for its strident antiwar stance, extreme racism, and suppression by military authorities, though it seem never to have represented a sizeable local constituency. A few local residents participated within an abortive conspiracy to mobilize the Confederate prisoners of war held at Camp Douglas as the nucleus of an insurrection aimed at establishing a pro-South “western confederacy,” but this endeavour went nowhere. Luckily for Chicago, conscription occur peac
Answers: It means that at the begining of the Civil War alot of nation in Chicago supported the South but their perspective Stephen Douglas asked them to support the Lincoln Admin anyway even though Lincoln was a republican they should stay near their country so they supported the War. But as the war go on Lincoln put in policies that the Democrats within Chicago didnt like so they go back to not supporting the time of war. The Chicago Times was prominent for being Anti War, Racist, and mortal shut down by United States soldiers but most of the local citizens didnt share the same opinons as the Chicago Times. A few local citizens ploted to break out Confederate Prisoners surrounded by Chicago at Camp Douglas to become the center of a new civil disobedience with a objective of forming a Western Confederacy out of the State of Illnois to join the Southern Confederacy but they never go through with it.

If its a big and reputed construction company you should fashion a complaint to them,or to the Health Department, but I doubt if they
will bother!
Being in the un-organised sector the timing for such events are not fixed. Depending upon the urgency the work may be taken up.

However, any activity which disturbs neighbours or other public can be stopped.

In reality will a hospital or healthcare facility not hire a human being with a almost 20 year matured misdemeanor?

I have be turned down for jobs I thought I should enjoy won.
I know people are not supposed to be discriminated against for a misdemeanor but is it regularly done anyway?
My misdemeanor be not sex related, abuse of a individual or what I would think would disqualify me.
Answers: A misdemeanor should not disqualify you from a situation. A 20 year old misdemeanor would not even be on your history anymore. One that old, no channel would it disqualify you. You might want to ask why you were not hired.

I find it interesting that you did not disclose what the misdemeanor you committed be.
Depending on your State, and what the crime was, it's amazingly likely that you can capture the misdemeanor expunged.

The first two answerers are wrong - crimes do not just 'drop off' your transcription. You have to truly take steps to expunge them.

In extension, are you disclosing the conviction when you apply? Lying on an application will get you disqualified FAR more soon than a 20 yr old mis.

Richard
First stale, a misdemeanor is a crime and as such is ALWAYS on your record. It never go "off" your record as posters above allege. Run your identify through NCIC and up it will pop. 50 years later.
As far as the opening, it depends on the state. Laws differ. 20 years seems similar to a long time to bar you from employment, esp if you hold been verbs since.
Check out below link. It list laws relating to convictions for adjectives states.
Many states require that employers show a association between the crime and the job (bank robbery and dune teller)
Without knowing the exact misdemeanor, its hard to answer why you get denied.
Did you ask? Maybe its for another reason.
You evidently enjoy to disclose prev arrest records, so as long as you own to put it out there, it's going to influence the interviewer. You might ask an attorney to suggest how to, or do it for you, to acquire the record expunged on a humanitarian spring.
You must be aware of how many cases of mass-homicidal maniac are reported in these services, largely due to the patients almost-total vulnerability. If I were within the position of interviewer, I, too, would be, as you put it, very discrimanating surrounded by my hiring.
You may want to check with your state board of pardon and parole to see if you can get a clear to seal or expunge your criminal story. Usualy, if you have lead a positive lifestyle and not gotten in trouble since you can get hold of a pardon.

A privately held corporation can have one or more shareholders. It would depend on state directive regarding file required changes.

In single shareholder corporations, the shareholder-corporate officer is the secretary, treasurer, and president, and these special corporations must be properly registered beside the Secretary of State's office, of late like adjectives other corporations.
