Snowmobile accident (rental) obligation advice?
Snowmobile happenstance (rental) need warning?Yesterday I crashed a rented snowmobile into a tree, damanging the susupention, front fairings, right control arms, and front chasie. I was not inadequately injured in the calamity, but left have to pay a bill of $4020.00 within repairs and labor. I signed my life away, logically, before getting on the snow mobile which stated that I assume full responsibility for the destroy of the vehicle. The rental place was a freehand trail and the accident occur while on the trail. They refused to give insurance. Couple questions?

third depending on the age of the snowmobile i would find out that price and the wear and break and only money that but not before going to court since they offered you no insurance.
They don't enjoy to offer insurance (as you signed your natural life away). Call you auto insurance co. and see if you're covered by them. Mostly just full coverage policies will cover things close to that.
Get everything in writing (estimates of damage). Also find out the open market value of the snowmobile from an independent source. It doesn't issue how much they paid for it or what the replacement cost is, simply what it was worth at the time of the happenstance (unless of course that be covered in the rental agreement).
Don't be afraid to negotiate a lower price.

Lost wages due to subpoena?
We live in Florida. My husband have been Subpoenaed into court. The Subpoena states he will attain 5 dollars a day. This ability we will lose our house, and food who can eat on 5 dollars a afternoon. He will also recieve $0.10 per mile. The 5 dollars + the $0.10 per mile will not cover the gas cost to get to the court house tolerate alone getting back home. Is this legalized? How can the courts finacialy devestate a family similar to this?This whole mess have nothing to do near us, it is over a messy divorce of strangers, our children just attend alike school. Also the husband surrounded by the divorce has threated the lives of my husband and our people if we show up for court.
