If the seller doesn't adopt PayPal, move on elsewhere. I with the sole purpose use PayPal, tied to a credit card. That way I enjoy double protection. If PayPal can't assist, I bounce the charge back through the credit card.

We hold been told that 70% of the errors contained by the SS system are concerning U.S. citizens. The fear be that many citizens would loose their job because they couldn't prove the validity of the SS #.
My feelings is that it would be a perfect opportunity to correct these errors. Then I get to thinking that these errors may involve multiple names using duplicate number. The U.S. most likely does not want to lose this bonus income. Would they next have to money it back to the non-citizens who in fact had SS withdrawn from their payment checks? Then think of the employer who also matched that amount. This could also lead to these employer who tried to do things correctly facing fines.
The government probably does not want to turn through all of that until they are confident that these same individuals are not going to be given the opportunity to become U.S. citizens. In the meantime, we are all surrounded by limbo about the entire issue and hold no idea who is within our country illegally.
