Required to tell him? Maybe not..(joint full custody you do enjoy to tell him) but you two both want to work in the best interest of the children even if you abhor each other. And keeping secret isn't the way to do that. HOWEVER, not sure why the "supervised visits" so if there's bombing, drugs, mental problems, whatever involved...afterwards that's a totally different story cause he might not be wise.
