There is not a large amount of statute law relating to fostering. The rules, on a local foundation, are genrally made by the local Social Services department, but the really important point to remember is that when fostering the child(ren) are not yours, nor will they ever be. It is slightly different to adoption.

I know that alcohol is constituent has be part of western culture for milenia and thereby more socially above-board, but why shouldn't marijuana be available for adults(over 18 or 21)?
