What can I do about a fierce neighbor and his aggressive pit bull they won't lock up, and police won't help ?

My neighbor have 2 pit bulls that he lets roam adjectives over our street (rural Texas=no leash laws).Chase people walking (has chased my husband, me and my 6 and 9 year olds down the road contained by front of our house), horse riders and other animals. One dog is nice, the other is very aggressive and have come up to my back porch and attacked my cocker spaniel beside my kids only 5 foot away, and the owner had to physically remove his dog from my property. I hold called police numerous times and they utter i have the right to shoot the dogs if i have a feeling threatened, but I hesitate to do this, as the owner is totally violent. The dog chased my sister within my yard today and my brother told the owner (who watch the whole thing) that he be going to shoot the dog, and the owner started screaming that he would kill adjectives of my dogs and that he would kill my brother as very well. we called the police and adjectives they did is go cooperate to him and tell us to shoot the dog. I can't poison an animal myself I just can't do it! I do construe I could shoot it if my family or pet be being attacked but I very soon you don't want it to go that far right! Don't be afraid of the man purely simply and matter of factly report to him that you are prepared to protect your family and pet anything it takes only like you would expect him to do for his own relations and pets! So if he cares anything in the order of his dog he should take precautions and restrain him.

My question to you would be, this problem aside do you really love where on earth you are living? If you do, and you own the property I would suggest that you spend the money and fence the patio to block the free access to all unwelcome animals and those. If I was surrounded by your situation and didn't own the property I would consider moving, or if there be other issues and I owned the property I would consider selling. Living next to this unreasonable neighbor is putting you and your relatives in harm's means of access. Obviously, calling law enforcement isn't solving your problem.

Please do not heed the warning in other answers to mar any animals. It's not the animals fault and you won't be setting a fitting example for your children of what to do. If you have an attorney or know of a friend that can recommend an attorney you could probably acquire a consultation for free of your rights.

Another option would be to consider calling animal control repeatedly and see if they will pick up the pit bulls if they are unleashed and roaming. After a few times of have to go and pick up the dogs your neighbor might acquire a clue.

Answers: You can sue the sheriff and the credit card company for mugging. They cannot just "assume" it be just you using 2 name. They need to provide evidence that you're impossible to tell apart person by presenting the cc receipts and application otherwise they own absolutely no grounds to steal anything from you or even close your store.

Any attempt of the administration to stop a person from using pot, or making the use of this drug wrong, is an infringement upon the rights of the user and it is a completely illegitimate use of government power. To deprive a party from smoking pot, would be to deny such a person his pursuit of pleasure as enshrined surrounded by the Declaration of Independence.
