Many of those programs are subsidized by the government. You can't "get hold of him fired", but you can let your supervision know how you feel. No it isn't a infringement of your human rights. If you can afford to travel you can afford to pay your child support. You child deserves your support. If any ones rights are mortal violated it's your child's.
What I think is wrong is the reality that they can suspend your CDL (commercial drivers license) for being at the back in child support. Which to me make no sense at all because if you can't work you can't discharge your child support. Dummies.

If you are stopped, just politely point out to the officer that you hold since turned 18; as evidenced by your date of birth on the driver's license.
Then, as soon as you can, make an appointment beside the DMV to get a driver's license lacking the restrictions on it.

Answers: Paypal aren't ripping you off - the buyer is.

Hes lying to paypal and unless you can provide a better baggage, they will always be within his favor because he is the buyer and gets profoundly of payment protection.

The moral of the story is - never use paypal as a payment prospect for high efficacy items. Have you gone through the complete dispute process. Usually they pinch the funds from your account and put a hold status on them until a paypal rep can scene the two sides of the story. They paypal will make a final verdict based on the information.

If what you're adage is 100% true the paypal rep should find in your favor. But if you shipped the guy a brick contained by a box or something, then that's another story.
