I do not know what specifically will surface if you do not show up to your case, but across the world, having a court date is a court decree, and violating a court instruct may have penalty such as a warrant or contempt of court or other type of sanction.

The other afternoon I was pulled over. The police officer asked for my liscense and blah blah blah. He later suspected us of smoking marijuana because my windows be foggy.
