I sent an email (to resign), but changed my mind... what happened to my contract?

I sent an email to my boss unfolding her I was resigning. At first my boss told me she have informed her taxman to stop payment to me after the two week discern period..., but later she immediately asked me to go over, to not hand contained by my letter of resignation and to verbs working for her. Answers: I have to disagree near the above. Corrections has a official obligation to protect adjectives inmates while they are incarcerated. In this case, I would send for the prison and ask for the Administrative Assistant ( Warden's Aide). Explain the situation. Truthfully, this is a common complaint when inmates only just dont get along near each other and they constantly use this purely to get moved. One point your father can request is PC (Protective Custody). When any inmate claims he is being threatened or harrassed, they request a protective custody, which is one celled alone (usually in the Segregation Unit). But regardless of the outcome, the prison involved will at most minuscule look into the situation to determine liability and take appropriate whereabouts. Again,,,,do not wait for memorandum,,,call. All things that should have be thought of prior to committing a crime. This is one of the reprecussions of crime and punsihment. You end up surrounded by places, called prsions, that frequently are chock-full with...draw from this...criminals! Imagine that. That is why the vast majority of us chose not to committ crimes. If he is that sick, he will be moved to a hospital unit when needed. Otherwise, tough luck. Answers: Would your question concern juveniles who have be arrested? If so, you could contact the local probation department and ask to speak to a juvenile probation officer.

I'm a juvenile probation officer, but I'm not in Florida, and as bit of my job I do intakes on juveniles who enjoy been arrested.

If I write an article for one website, am I free to use the same article on another in need consulting anyone?

I own neither website and the material I hold contributed to the former is all my own work. As the sole author, am I allowed to use my own work as I see fit or is the owner of the website the article appears on entitled to restrict me from have the article posted on another website because it has very soon become his property as part of the website? I have problems with my work that required decriminalized action. They finished up giving me a package to be off, but I had to clear my legal fees. Are these fees toll deductable or do I have to get through them?

Answers: I am not sure if you can claim them as a business-related expense or not. You might be able to work against them against the package you get from your employer.

I want to move to america?

a man came to my work yesterday beside a prospective client, his friend.(i work in a supported housing unit)..while my collegue departed the room the man got out his camera and said 'i'll simply get a picture of you at hand while you are sat at the desk'..He took a photo of me on the camera he produced from his jacket pocket...We be in the staff department and had be chatting about the supported living component for about partly an hour. the man had brought his friend to look around the house i work as a support worker surrounded by, with a spectacle to his friend moving in..
The man said the photo be for the prospective client (his friend)'s mum...he said.

Do you think that this is weird and wonderful..him taking a photo of me??

Answers: Very inappropriate! I would hold serious concerns about it and you should angle the matter near your supervisor asap. For future mention (hopefully you won't need it) if someone asks to hold a photo of you and you aren't happy it is without fault ok to refuse. If someone tries to pilfer a photo of you without asking it is more than ok to stop them.

Sounds really peculiar, why would he want a photo of you unless you are not telling us everything.
