Waterboarding torture?
anyone wacthing cnn tonight see the big story about the CIA using waterboarding as a form of torture? I am an X sailing and it is my opion that this is not torture. i can see how people woud be bothered by it..its not eaclty a nice item to do.on Cnn they talked around how they used waterboarding on one of the key al queda guys, and it individual took 38 secounds for him to give up valueable info... so let look at waterboarding...a bunch of water is pourded down your throat to engineer you THINK you are drowning...so no real physical destroy...no real throbbing...no disfigurement...its not like we are adjectives peoples heads stale...or sticking needles under fingernails.i am sorry i guess i basically dont have much compassion ...i connote American lives were save b/c a terroist was upset into talking? i scrounging 38 secounds of fear is adjectives it was...and if american lives can be save by scarying the hell out of bad guys so be it.i only cant see it as torture b/c there is no physical disrupt or mental damage...Answers: I deliberate waterboarding is a form of torture, a mild form of torture but still torture. I'm disappointed that we don't skin those terrorists alive.
1- There is no such thing as "an X marine" (poseur)
2- you enunciate "a bunch of water is pourded down your throat to construct you THINK you are drowning" then try and spin it and say-so that there's "no real agony." DROWNING victims the world over know that's a bunch of nonsense!

But waterboarding is more psychological than material physical abuse.

Since you can't please everyone---you have to do what you believe is the best mode to gain information without offending your values and still follow the spirit of the Genevea Conventions--or any treaty your country have signed concerning treatment of enemy combatants.
Waterboarding can be reasonably defended in the UN (at lowest the Bush admin believes so), keeps America protected, and is acceptable to the present Executive branch--who is responsible for conducting time of war.
That is the best any president can ever hope to do.
Protect his country while still maintaining his beliefs and the TREATIES he is responsible for upholding as the President of the USA.
The citizens screaming and yelling almost this being a form of torture think if you deny them cable TV and a LazyBoy, this is also torture.

The inalienable rights and duties spelled out surrounded by the constitution / bill of rights are more relevent today than any other time in history.
I would be more of the thought that todays society and method of life enjoy strayed away from the constitution.
And thats part of what amendments are... when society change greatly enough the constitution can be amended.

Why would anyone show support for Michael Vick?
I saw on the news inhabitants outside the Court House during his sentencing supporting him, including children parents brought along with signs to pass.What kind of low existence would support anyone that has commited such hainous act against innocent animals? I feel sorry that these kids brought in attendance have be so short changed getting parents like that.
Using Biblical phrases on the protest signs be a disgrace as well "he who is minus sin, cast the first stone", that doesn't apply to act like Vick is guilty of!
So what is driving these not conversant, no conscience group of supporters for what M. Vick did, is it they don't want another black man being punished by the white man?

I completely agree beside what you are saying and I believe this is an excellent display of Americans current good point system. Just because a guy can play football we should be lenient on his deviant behavior. The guy admit to these crimes! When I heard some of the charges contained by this case I cried. And after I think, if a personality can do something like this to innocent animals, what is he really able of? Anyone who crosses paths next to a guy like this should be afraid...

I agree that equal rules ought to apply for cannibis as it does for other drugs and stimulants including alcohol.
Because most people who smoke marijuana don't surmise it should be illegal. And heaps who don't even smoke it agree. And many doctors also agree that it should at smallest be legal for medicinal use.

Some laws appear unjustified to some people. Why does the system push alcohol and nicotine on people, however cannabis (and many other drugs covered by the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971) is crooked. It is a huge contradiction. May be if the government vetoed nicotine and alcohol, the number of cannabis users who moan, might be reduced. Or may be if the United Nations Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances changed their policies, thus enable individual governments to progress their policies on drug use (e.g. decriminalise all drugs), we might hold less general public in prisons , more money to spend on form care (through taxation of the decriminalised drugs) but also through the reduced risk of drug related weakness, more resources for the police to deal beside murder, rape, terrorism etc. Just a few points.
EDIT: AfeastA, I used to work for the National Health Service as Substance Misuse Therapist, and I can tell you that masses people own had road traffic accident due to being heavily intoxicated, be it MDMA, Cocaine, Alcohol, Prescribed Medication and/or Cannabis. Sadly, not everyone is as road savvy as they should be!

Cannabis is a class C drug. The maximum cost for possessing a class C drug is 2 YEARS in prison and / or an unlimited fine. The maximum cost for supplying is 14 YEARS.
It's about time that the police force used this.

Answers: Go back to WHATEVER court placed the judgement and ask how to own it set aside
The procedure for seeking to set aside a default sentence is entirely dependant on the laws of your unknown country.
(And on the State or Province if it's a Federal country such as the US, Canada, Brazil etc)

My daughter, who is 26 years antediluvian and have 4 kids age ranges from 2-8 want a place to live. She is living with me lacking my landlord approval and I want her to move out and give me my freedom again. I love her, I don't want to nouns selfish or be be determined, but her and her kids been living next to me (again) for 5 months. She makes close to min wage, dropped out of HS.I convinced her to be in motion back to institution but school is over in a minute she needs to money to take the GED theory test. But to make a long story short.
Are in that any USA States that will pay for her rent & food while draw from a better job that can allow for her to provide for herself and kids ? There are other details next to the family but adjectives to the chase, I want her, and she want to her self – To get her own place.

I live within AZ. I went to a dentist and my bill be padded. I overpaid and the insurance company overpaid. I demanded the difference and they said they'd own to figure out what they owe the insurance company first. That's fine but I'm not audible range anything back and want to folder a complaint with the BBB and sue their butts. second, after you've determined what quantity you were responsible for and what you overpaid for, dispatch the dentist a letter demanding that amount.tender them 30 days to reimburse you.
if they do not send you the money, after three take them to small claim's court for that amount.you can include a nominal amount for the time you spent on the phone, research, message sending and lawsuit preparation..$100 would be reasonable.
also, folder a complaint with the BBB, your state's attorney general's bureau (look online for their dept. that deals beside business fraud) and most importantly to the dentist's licensing board contained by Arizona...once that complaint is filed near the dentist licensing board they will investigate him and possibly audit his books!

I am not sure I agree with child euthanization. That would head to parents 'euthanizing' their children because THEY cant deal next to the childs illness or handicaps. In alike respect, I only agree beside abortions in correct extreme cases (rape bc of the mental trauma, and severe birth defects that are to the point where on earth the child would simply not have a enthusiasm, or in instances where on earth the baby, mother, or both wont survive)
I DO support fully developed human euthanization though. Adults can usually make their own mind up something like whether their illness or handicap is worth living through. And why should they not know how to? People who have enver have health issues or have to face the possibility of destruction usually dont get this. I am a cancer forgiving. While I am not just gonna confer up, I dont want to die a horrible death. I will skulk til the end when at hand is nothing more that can be done. I will linger til things start getting bad . But I would fairly od and fall into sleep than bleed out or suffocate. Why would it be wrong for an mature to choose a pleasant death over a long drawn out rough one.
However, I dont think euthanization should be used as an excuse for suicide 'because my existence is just so awful and not a soul loves me'. That needs to be treated near psychological care, not annihilation.
