He was caught when we come up on a routine road block. We know the policeofficers. We were on our style to his girlfriends house. What happens immediately??? They knew he be AWOL.

He/she--
a. Has been AWOL for more than 30 days.
b. Has be dropped from the rolls of his/her unit as imaginary in desertion.
c. Has be returned to military control.
d. Currently is at the PCF.
e. Is charged only near AWOL for more than 30 days.

I have insurance with disability but be fired a week before it become effective. I be still in analysis and have multiple medical problems. In adjunct, I had to come pay for to work a week after the second stroke. I had by a hair`s breadth recovered from the first stroke when I had the second. I am file for disability but I also think that the Labor Board should be informed of this as it is visible I was deal with fundamentally unfairly. Can anyone recommend an attorney who would represent me on a contingency cause, since I only enjoy unemployment as income at this time?

I have a friend within desperate need of guidance?

My friend has two boys ages 3 and 6. She is separated from her husband who is also the kids dad. He lives within New York and recently come to Iowa where the boys be. They havent been getting along but they must've put their differences aside and my friend settled to let the dad purloin the kids to wherever he be staying at when he was here. Only to find out he skipped town near the boys with none of their things be taken with them and they be taken without mom knowing. She go to police but they said it was out of their hand. If it be me I would file a missing individuals report on the children right away. She may not be the custodial parent of record as in attendance is no agreement, but her six year old son should be within school, right? That technique he's truant and the state will want to know why. A missing person's report will protect her from 'other' troubles with the statute.

Call the State police, the Sheriff's Department and the FBI. Local police can't do anything unless he's still in impossible to tell apart city.
If he took kids across state lines without her approval, the FBI may look at that as kidnapping. Does he have family connections that would help him salt away the boys? His domestic would probably not help her to find her boys, but unless he really did stir off the gaping end, he will eventually be within contact with them. I would hire a PI to stake out his family's whereabouts and that would readily lead to the children at some point.

If he have a credit card, he most likely have used it at some point. They are not divorced, and if it's a joint tale, she can call up the credit card company and find out where on earth that card was finishing used.

Where does he have behind the times friends? College buddies? Girlfriends? What does he do for a living? Is he more inclined to work for a large company or a small one? Is he someone who's going to dance into the smallest hole he can find, or is he someone who would hide contained by plain sight? If he's a professional guy, resembling an accountant or a lawyer or something, he might intrinsically gravitate to larger cities. If he's a laborer, he might go to a smaller one.

In short, in attendance are lots of good lead to find him and her children. She needs to start thinking almost the guy that he is and think in the order of where she would walk if she were him. He is going to hold to support the children; how would he do that? And go from here.

I'm very sorry for your friend. I hope she finds her ex and her children. Those poor babies. Tell her to write them junk mail and keep diaries for them in the order of what she's doing to find them and how much she loves them, etc. There is no telling what he is recitation them, and this way she can hand over those things to her boys when she finds them so at least they will know what she go through to find them.

One more thing: Tell her to appointment the Department of State and get within touch with the department that issues passports. Tell her to put her children on the record of "Do Not Issue." I am not sure what the proper name of it is, but I have a friend who was married to a guy from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. When she get divorced, she was truly afraid that he would abscond with the kids to Jordan so she call the State Department and requested that her kids not be issued passports. There is a way to do it, so in recent times find out how and do it.

All of the actual New Orleans public housing residents who could be interviewed be in FAVOR of the demolitions. In trueness, the protesters are the ones trying to silence the voices of NOLA public housing residents.

There are lots more available apartments in public housing NOW than nearby are applicants. That does not include the widely available "Section 8" housing, which are regular apartments/homes with the rent rewarded for by HUD vouchers.

yes everyone does but what you fall short to see is the buildings they are tearing down enjoy been solitary since Katrina! Not only are they unstable but occupied with rats, mold, mildew and decay! These be almost inhabitable already before the big blow near more crime and grime in them than what they be built for in the first place! Generations be raised contained by what was to be a TEMPORARY situation within the beginning!! Gangs and intimidation overruled the family vivacity there...kids slept, ate, played and STAYED on the floors to hold on to from getting shot! The days of free rides and no responsibility have concluded here. It's time to make a stand and lend a hand rebuild not drain an already insensible city!
