Why was I handcuff?

So presently the cop offers me a ride home. I recount him I live about 35 minutes away still. He say no problem, but I will have to be search for weapons.
So I travel to the side of his car, spread my arms and legs out, and he pat me down.

Then he take my left arm, cuffs it, later takes my right arm, and chains me behind my backbone! I'm freaking out cause I thought he found something improper. So he puts me into the car.
When he get into his seat, I ask what did I do? He explains that adjectives people riding surrounded by a squad car must be handcuff "for the good of the community." They be really tight and uncomfortable, so I ask if I can appointment my mom and she if she will pick me up instead.
But he tells me that I already give my custody to him, and if something happens to me presently, he's a fault.

So we get to my house. He take me out of his car. I ask if he can finally consent to me go, but he say I have to be inside my house within order for him to free me. Then my parents and him start unfolding each other their existence stores (and I'm still in handcuffs).
Finally similar to 30 minutes later, he get up, frees me, and leaves.
So why was I handcuff for that?
Answers: Most likely you be handcuffed for HIS protection. I'm sure it be scary for you but the cop have probably had his unbiased share of crazy kids in the subsidise of his car so he is only trying to protect himself as he helps you out.

I don't recognize why he didn't promptly remove the cuffs once you were pay for at your parent's house.
Most law enforcement officer are required to chain any passenger in a vehicle they are driving. You enjoy to remember that they do not know you as you do not know them and it is a safety issue. The officer however should enjoy release you from the cuffs upon arrival at the address when you exited the car. If this is something that you want to follow up on a short time ago call and ask to speak to the sheriff or the chief of police that the officer works for. He can explain the whys and if his officer acted properly. If not he will feel the problem so that it does not happen to another entity.

Edit: Cato, your answer is not correct. "Unintentional abandonment" is a possession of art specifically dealing with government grant applications. For example, you should read MPEP 711.03.
The asker, instead, is dealing with a delayed upholding fee on an issued government grant. Issued patents are not "abandoned" when a care fee is not remunerated. The correct term is that the rights "expires" when a maintenance allowance is not paid.

I have this problem next to a bank, can I sue them?
Basically I hold a loan with them. I asked for the due date of the loan to be changed to a then date. The branch manager told me that she will do it for me inwardly the next couple days. Well, she never did it and she go on vacation for 2 weeks. I tried to bid other members of the branch, but they kept giving broken promisses. BUT SHE LIED! It be not changed! I called a different branch and a cust. svc. rep told me to write a memorandum requesting the change of the due date and he would aid me. I wrote a letter, and 3 weeks hold passed and he too has given me the run around. It have been nearly 4 months and still not a soul has help! No, you can't sue them. For a lawsuit, you own to have proof, and you hold to have damages. This have not "harmed you" in any meaningful/legal passageway.

I call the customer service department, and asked for the corporate office of the guard. I called within, and I had them put me thru to the president's organization. I spoke with his assistant. Forget getting the president. The assistant can solve anything! That is who will direct you to the personage who will whip this idiot into shape!

I don't know if anyone heard but a mom of a six year dated wrote a essay claiming that the little girl's father died in Iraq and sent it contained by to a sweepstakes sponsored by Libby Lu. The essay was supposed to be written by the child and when authorities looked up and saw whether the little girl's dad died or not, it said that not a soul in Iraq have that name and that he wasn't on the detail of casualities. Of course the little girl won the tickets because of her fake dad's passing, but wouldn't you think they would arrest the mom or something?Answers: Thats why I HATE HANNAH MONTANA/MILEY CYRUS. She brings this upon individuals by scamming her tickets.

It was fraud to pull the wool over your eyes in directive to get the tickets. But since the amounts involved are so small (and yes, I know these tickets are human being scalped for hundreds of dollars), the police and Libby Lu may be choosing to let it travel.

My member of staff was to collect $1800 for a fundraiser that she initiated (unknown to me at the time of purchse - by credit - surrounded by MY BUSINESS NAME). $900 to be credited to our students & $900 to pay for the items. Of the $1800 single $638 was turned into me from her (parents give her the $ not the business for reasons unknown to me). Over the closing 3 months I withheld $373.76 from her paychecks. Answers: while this matter could be referred to the local DA. It a right bet that due to the fact you did not report this crime when it happen they will refuse to do anything. but you do hold a great small claims suit against her. My advice is to thieve her to small claims court and sue. get a sentence since ts obvious she agreed to repay the money. and next if she refuses to remuneration have her income garnish or place a lien against her checking and savings if she have any or place a lien against any property she has. Its probably going to be your individual recourse. you should have reported this crime at the start. Since it was a fund raiser, it probably would enjoy been pursued since the publicity would hold been perfect PR for the DA.
Bring this matter to the attention of your local District Attorney's department and see if they find a prosecutable offense.
On the other hand, if you grain the bad publicity is going to mess up your business consequently you might just own to take the loss.

About the judge who jailed his entire courtroom for ringing phone. Do u expect it had to do beside judge judy?
There be recently a find threw the entire courtroom in send down because no one would fess up to who's phone it be that was ringing. He said that if the party did not fess up, everyone in the entire courtroom be going to jail. So what he do? He have them all handcuff and sent to prison and now they adjectives have that on their archives that they have be to jail. The conciliator was fired. lol! Do u expect this has anything to do next to Judge Judy and the fact that she's rich as adjectives get out. It said that she have this reputation for being a tough decide that earned her reputation. This was one of the reason (the other being sanctuary in paranoid post-9/11 America) that the courthouse I worked at ultimate summer banned adjectives cell phones and PDAs unless you work there. I have formed a trust,making my son as managing Trustee,Since I am a Govt.servant I hold been asked not to be the trustee.Even though the Trust achievement does n't tell anything around the Govt,servant,I have to gain an NOC from my department.It will take a long procedure.Now I want,whether from my son, I can catch power of attorney and operate the TRust.Because each and everytime I cannot consult my son.Answers: If you can not work as trustee, you can not also work as attorney of trustee. If something is barred, it is not allowed directly and/or indirectly.
It is also doubtful, whether a trustee can farm out his powers and duties.
U may get power of attorney for miscellaneous duties approaching property dealings, sandbank dealings etc. but u cannot operate the trust. The decision have to be done by the group of trustees.
