What do you think in the order of the state of Kansas?

Contrary to popular belief not all of Kansas is flat. People don't call round the backroads of Kansas. Kansas may be a little losing in fad, etc., but have some really nice individuals.
Answers: Legally, I believe it is part of the United States of America. Ethically, I'm sure in that are many nice those there.
I've lived within NJ my whole enthusiasm and just moved to Wichita, Kansas more or less 18 months ago. For the most part it is boring here. The crime and relations in Wichita suck for the most sector. Everyone is a redneck and you wouldnt belive how many empire are so over weight out here. The individual fun I have is surrounded by the Night Clubs in Wichita, they are pretty fun.

What is wrong with this?

In Carnation, Wa. a girl and her b/f shot her parents to passing and the girls brother and sister inlaw and a 5 year old and 3 year mature. The b/f admitted to shooting the kids. Prosecutors are considering the release penalty. HELLO.KNOCK KNOCK!!! Anyone who kill another person, consent to alone 6, should get the demise penalty, no question asked. I just don't read our system today. Anyone that intentionally kills a child should receive the release penalty. Any input?
Answers: I may be an eye sore... but the sprite system has shut down.. pass them both DEATH, It was premeditated.. children be involved, and older parents. No Mercy... When you give somebody a lift away the punishment you take away from the crime.. I am sorry for my mode of thinking... but have the bleeding heart house them and maybe they will eliminate the host family..
What can be said to gun down your Mother and father and wait on the rest to show up. money is not the answer, and you the duty payer are going to pay for this...

I a moment ago don't care if the annihilation penalty is a apt deterrent or not.
And I don't care if possessions punishment would lose someone the chance to be rehabilitated.

I share your outrage at this crime. We need to dust our hands of citizens who would do such a thing. But sometimes the best solution is newly to make sure that monsters approaching that never walk among us again. I would abhor for the guy to get stale on a technicality just because the prosecution approved to ask for the death cost.

For me, there is no guideline involved in the finding, no question of the cost serving as a deterrent. It is simply a situation where the those involved have behave in such a heinous bearing that erasing them from existence is the best thing to do. Be gone from society, damaged machines. No space for you, no tolerance. You did the ultimate intolerable conduct yourself. Your own damn fault.

I committed a felony.?

I stole a credit card and spent about 500 dollars on it. I hold a clean recored and im 19 years matured. I dont have a attorney i'm just going to get hold of one of the courts lawyers. Children Services???? Can they do anything???

I have some renters that we have to evict. They have a 10 year mature, 12 year old, and a 2 year antediluvian that live with them. The house they rented from me be all trashed up. Their be dirty dishes, food, dog feces, and garbage adjectives around the house. They have completely torn up the house. Out contained by the garage there are pill bottles full of different medicine and more trash. They both have be in reformatory for numerous crimes. I was wondering if I should send for Children Services and see if I can get the kids some back. Would I be the one that would get into trouble because I did not check up on the kids and the renters while they be renting from me? What should I do????
Answers: First, by all resources call, collect the pill bottles etc. I actually would ring the police because of the medication issue, it seems they're violate the law, not newly endangering the children.

Second, no, you won't achieve in trouble because you didn't check up on the kids, that would never be your trial responsibility. Morally? Maybe, but if you do the right thing in a minute you're better than 90% of the people out nearby! :) Make the call. Police first, if they can't do anything they'll relate you and send you along to CPS.
If you evicted them, do you know where on earth they are currently living? If you call the child abuse/neglect hotline they will pocket the information but they will not be able to do anything if you don't own an address. If you have an address afterwards I suggest that you do make the appointment. When you call you hold the option of remaining anonymous so that not a soul, even the worker, will know who you are. By law the social workers are not to let somebody know anyone who made the report against them but unfortunately canon enforcement (who Children's Services cross-reports to) doesn't follow the same guidelines.

Also, nearby will not be any recourse against you for not checking up on the kids of your renters. You are responsible for your house, not the people/children who reside in it.

I would make a report to childrens services. you conceivably the only voice that the children own. You will not be in any trouble at adjectives since the problem arose from the information you learned after they moved out.

This guy manipulating a disabled human being... what should I do?

Got a problem at work, this man I work with David be a good friend for around two weeks...Well turns out I saw him using this disabled person Jeremy and forcing him to endow with money to him, and not only that but something happen yesterday that disturbed me a bit, and I think he's on to something...he accuse Jeremy of threatening him to Management, but I saw it myself...he just said hit, butterfly, Hit, and some chance words, but he didn't say it to his obverse...

Now I had a reach a deal with Management too and explained everything that happen, that Jeremy wouldn't do such a thing, and he's a concerned person...I told them the truth what really happen.

For some reason this guy is not fired but, and he's getting away with this...I'll do what I can to protect Jeremy from this evil human being...seriously, David needs to bring fired.

What is the best way to toy with this? I'm doing all I can.

Have u ever heard of the (ADA) the Americans With Disabilities Act,specifically a federal law that protects citizens with disabilities in recent times like ur friend from employer who are not doing there commission to protect ur friend n co-workers as well contact them n steep them in on what is going on n consent to them know that u went to paperwork n they r doing nothing to back ur friend n I guarantee u they will Good Luck!
They usually have regional office in through cities n headquarters in most of the state capital of all fifty states n u can find them also on the trellis as well.
I imagine you can handle it several ways but you also want to remember that you getting involved may cost you your job. But sometimes doing the right point can end up hurting you surrounded by the end. First, I would stand up to the CREEP David...and tolerate him know he needs to knock stale all his BS near Jeremy. Next, I'd call someone at ADA within your area and consent to them know what is going on and see if they can send someone to your work to tell to your employer about how David is treating Jeremy. You can also involve Department of Labor and the police. I doubt the police would approaching to hear about someone abuse a disabled person but they might defer to your employer to feel things. Good luck and I applaud you for doing the right thing!
