Son 13 locked up?

He was on electronic monitoring and i took (his mom) him out to the store and couldnt get the supervisor to advise her more or less this so i left her a message (like i have done numerous occassions) but she was so nutty when she got the message after i have got support, i had to cart him with me becasue my i needed to bring back my grandbaby soem medicine and on house arrest you must be supervised adjectives times so i thought and the sipervisor ordered him arreseted. hes on this becasue he is defiant within school and this be punishment.he only have 35 days left on this since he was sour of the electronic monitoring...has anyone be thru this , i tried to explain this to her (the supervisor of the elec. mon) butshe refuses to chitchat to me. i didnt want to leave him unsupervised so i call her 4 times trying to reach her but she didnt beckon me back, presently hes in detention until we step in front of a conciliator, how can i get my son home this be just a misundrrstanding and discouraging communication, she has never b4

I don`t know he is just doomed to failure like any other kid, but still she tried to draw from in contact beside the person and she didnt answer, atleast she departed a message telling this. and its approaching if you take him wiht you, you go and get in trouble, if u would of vanished him at home and he would of got into more trouble or something would of happen, you would of got within trouble, either approach you are screwed.
that lady seem like a material bxtch. maybe she should be put on an electronic monitoring to see how its similar to and then her be treated one and the same way you and ur son is one treated. thats messed up though that she isnt responding to any of your calls.
merely wait to budge in front of the pass judgment and explain to him that you had to stir to the store for medicine for your grandbaby and you couldnt quit your son unattended so you tried calling her but she didnt answer and that you had moved out her a message telling her what you be doing. then when you get back she be really mad in the region of it like you didnt even update her but you left her a message or something resembling that.

A couple of things. First of all, it's pretty clear that you messed up and you know it, and the certainty that you're trying to get out of what you intentionally and on purpose did shows everyone just what type of attitude you are showing your son.

There are very clear rules that perceptibly your son broke in lay down to be put on electronic monitoring -- sorry, but they don't do that to kids who aren't seriously messing up. There are also even clearer rules about what you and he are both supposed to do when he's man monitored, and obviously a nickname to his supervisor isn't good adequate, or you wouldn't be in this mess. I find it strong to believe that the rules weren't sufficiently explained to you.

For now, the simply person who can fix the situation is the intercede, who will likely sympathize near you when he hears your story and tolerate your son go -- but for immediately, I think he requests to stay in detention and cram some boundaries. He clearly isn't learning anything from you except how to crease.
When he goes past the judge, be sure to own all the times you tried to ring up documented, along with documentation of respectively time it had go to message before and she permitted it... if there be a medical need for you to shift out, it shouldn't be a problem. But it should not have be to this supervisor in the first place, if it be as you say... The consider should be made aware of her reaction.

What is Electronic Monitoring?

Electronic monitoring is a system used to increase efficiency in supervising defendants who are required to abide by curfew or remain surrounded by their homes as a condition of pretrial release.

The Home Monitoring Unit is part of an electronic monitoring system designed to increase the value of supervising clients who are required to abide by curfew restrictions or stay at home as part of pretrial release. The home monitoring element monitors a client to determine whether he/she is at home.

What is required for Electronic Monitoring in a home?

The EM specialist must verify that a private receiver line exists inwardly the home and there are no body lines. If the telephone have call forwarding, hail as waiting, or caller ID., they must be removed prior to installation of the home monitoring part. Cordless telephones should be a desk type model and not a wall mount. The wall mount headset may not be functional after the unit is installed. Verification of the types of cell phone services may be done through the security organization of Southwestern Bell Telephone.

The in-home part of the monitoring system consists of the monitoring part, telephone cable, power pack and an ankle transmitter.

The ankle transmitter attached to the client sends a continuous coded signal that identifies the individual participant and contains a warranty circuitry that is competent to detect tampers or removal, and sends a special signal to the monitoring center when any occurs.

The home monitoring part is connected to the participant’s telephone column (in-house). This unit is designed to receive the signal emit by the corresponding ankle transmitter within a pre-set band (50' - 75'). The home monitoring unit determines when the participant enter or leaves the residence by recording the time when the ankle transmitter comes into or go out of range.

Electronic monitoring is also appropriate for use near defendants who have violated the language of previously imposed release conditions.

Community and familial stability are important given the potential for long occupancy enforced togetherness. Persons residing with the participant must be prepared to make sacrifice demanded by the electronic monitoring program.

Participants must have a residence and a touchtone phone.

The problem with their Three Strikes Law is:

1) One wrong can tally up multiple strikes.
2) Misdemeanor offenses can be upgraded to felony status if you have a prior strike.

Therefore, if you subsequently decide to swipe a kid's candy railing, the "intimidation" and the "theft" can be trumped up into felony charges and you could end up spending time in prison.

Answers: I think 16 is too immature. MOST 16 year olds don't care in the order of politics, are not informed or educated adequate to vote and would be biased by their parents' influence. Of course there are greatly of older family like that as in good health, but that is an entirely diffrent problem. Society have drawn the line that once someone reach age 18 that they are considered an adult. That said, I assume all privledges, including the drinking of alcohol(contingent on the completion of a alcohol coaching course) should be granted at age 18.

Besides, a strong judgment for NOT lowering the voting age to allow minors is the potential for biased influence from the parents. Unless you are financially and legally independent from your guardians, you are at a disadvantage contained by making informed legal decision.
I think we should angle the voting age to 21! And, while we are at it, might as well lift up the draft age too. Then no more complaining about "I can attain drafted, why can't I have a beer?"

I would variety it legal for any citizen to vote regardless of age. It is severely sensible since most votes are cast as their parents do (sort of give a new designation to mixed marriages), and the few that do not are clearly THINKIN for themselves which is a GOOD thing.
