I would choose "B" but the problem is the conditions you outlined contained by "A" are exactly what the "Patriot Act" give the present establishment the RIGHT and ABILITY to do. Unless the "Patriot Act" is repealed or substantially changed it is what we WILL see within 10 years. Mother Used Daughters Credit Card without Authorization!?

My Fiance destroyed a credit card of hers something like a year ago. She just requested her credit report contained by the mail. She asked her mom around it, and she admittingly said she called, used her SIN card, and have a new credit card ordered to the house.
She have refused t o remuneration it all stale right away, and she said she;ll pay it sour slowly. We just checked again and its presently at 5000$. We want to report her mother, but as much as the two dont get along, she doesnt want see her run to jail or anything. Your fiance doesn't need to travel after her mother for the criminal charges, the credit card company will take safekeeping of that. Your fiance doesn't need to perceive guilty if her mother get's in trouble because she have no choice but to tell the credit card company they be not her transactions, and what happens after to be exact out of her hands. This is both fraud and blackmail. at this time they are no longer mother and daughter. If your fiance has her proper papers she should be ok from her moms threats. when her mom sponsored her, her mom signed that she would be responsible for her daughters attention to detail for a set amount of time. if she is working and caring for her self in a minute then it shows her mom does not own to support her.
there is more of a accident of her getting sent back because the credit card fraud. it is a criminal fault and if some way it is turned around on her clich�� it was her who did the charging consequently she will have to prove other clever.
