Would an invitation give rise to promissory estoppel?

gratitude
Answers: Hi there,

There must be current existing lawful relations between you and a.n.other. Moreover, a promise must be made within the contract by a.n.other possibly to alter the contractual expressions and the promise must be acted upon by yourself (whether to your detriment or not). Once this is done then in attendance will be an estoppel, but as the law say an estoppel can be used only as a shield and not a sword, specifically only contained by defending legal behaviour brought against you and not in prosecuting one as plaintiff.

If no consideration have passed there will be no contract and that`s why an invitation can not give rise to promissory estoppel (UK)

Auto Respossession after filing a ruin!?

I filed a ruin in March 03 and purchased a 1999 Ford Windstar contained by October 03. I had never missed a pay. In January 04, I was 30days slowly on a payment, a representative call me regarding the compensation and I expressed to her that I would make the reward the next light of day by Western Union. Later on that night someone call my phone stating that he was an agent and be there to collect my vehicle. I be in disbelief because I have just talk to someone less than two hours ago in relation to the payment. The party proceeded to drag my front wheel drive vehicle from my parking spot to another failure of my apartment complex I ran outside and he stated that I have to give him the key and my vehicle was delinquent. Long story short when I call the next afternoon to retrieve my vehicle the representative I spoke with told me that I have to pay $3000 plus reward 3 months worth of car insurance inwardly 30days in demand to get my van put money on. They auctioned the vehicle for $2500 and now I hold a judgement
Answers: I'd check the terms of my unproved note. Everything they did from the point of taking posession on is probably legally recognized. Your only argument IMHO would be did they hold the right to take posession base on what you tell us is one missed allowance. A very extreme situation; but have given you a loan and seeing when your bankruptcy be and the vehicle you got, I'm betting you any went to a buy-here-pay-here seller or a subprime lender arrangement that probably wrote you a contract that allowed them to take the vehicle put a bet on pretty quickly. (You give the impression of being to have have it 3 months and then missed a clearance; that's not good)

If they followed the terms of the agreement to the memo, you'll throw good money after discouraging with an atty and court costs.

Is there a cost for unfinished contract?

because our boss want us to be a tender girl which is not a part of my working contract.im within the band working surrounded by a club in south korea.im thinking not to finished my contract and run back to philippines.
Answers: yes get, your boss must see a lawyer &confer a notice against that girl
IF it is written into the contract, YES. But if it is not after no. BUT, who has your passport? If you do not enjoy it then HOW would you go and get back to the Phillipines? It's an ripened trick but an effective one, hold the passport, hold the girl.

What is a JUICY girl? Is that resembling Juicy Fruit Gum?
To "deuce" - a "Juicy Girl" is a girl who works in a club or tablet, and is employed to sit with the masculine customers and encourage them to buy more drinks for themselves and (Expensive!) liquid drinks for the girl.

To the poster. if your contract doesn't call for it them you can justifiably tell him no. But do you even know what the contract say? It's normal for these outfits to kind the girl - typically Filipina or Indonesian - sign a contract written in Korean - which I assume you don't read?

Richard
If it is fragment of the contract, you have to abide by the vocabulary. If not, you can do as you want.

What are my rights as a renter?

I sublet from the original renter for 2 weeks until that time beginning my lease on December 15. After calling the representative several times he said that he would slip a lease under my door. Nothing be done for a week until he called me and disappeared me a message saying that presently the utilities will be changing contained by February and he needs to discuss that near me first. Those weren't the terms we discussed when I talk to him about the lease to instigate with. Now it have been nearly 2 weeks and I STILL haven't gotten a lease or how much I owe him for the rest of the month contained by December. He has be very rude and unacceptable at returning messages. What are my rights? And do you think it's a short time shady that he demands $25 in CASH for lockouts?
Answers: You do not indicate what State you are contained by and this can make a difference. In Texas...if a up to date lease is not signed you are still obligated under the imaginative lease agreements with one exception. You are in a minute renting month to month...and the landlord have the right to raise your rent every 35 days. You also enjoy the right ---AFTER PROVIDING THE REQUIRED WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to terminate the leasing agreement (even tho here is no currently signed agreement)...Please carefully review the mature agreement as you are still bound by those terms...at tiniest in TEXAS. Sounds close to you may wish to filch this opportunity to move out and acquire more likeable conditions.
You have the right to M-O-V-E but you cannot emergency that the bozo supply you with a lease.

It is implied-in-law that you will owe the innkeeper for living there, and if he won't set a price, after you will pay objective market appeal for x amount of days times whatever a "day by day rate" for a comparable rental in your nouns would cost. If you choose to put something in his appendage, lease or not, always enjoy proof of payment (receipt, cancelled check) to hold yourself out of hot water latter.

Same goes next to the lockout - demand a tally for your cash. Nothing shady just about him demanding cash, and in that is likewise zilch shady about you demanding a taking.

Good luck.
If this is the way your relationship beside your landlord is starting -- later get out - bring back out - get out as speedily as you can.
If you have not signed a lease or agreement to renew the previous lease, afterwards leave while you can.
Sounds close to this will be a persistent problem otherwise.
Good luck.
okay if you aren't under lease start out now. Why would you want to stay where on earth the landlord is an ***? as for lockouts thats pretty standard surrounded by my area.

Can someone sue because they were call a criminal?

If you say to someone "I hold the right to refuse business to criminals" over public airwaves, can it be contrieved as slander? As yes, they hold been arrested and convicted of a crime past.
Answers: I think that it's lone slander if it's a lie.
A party has the right to sue for anything. I can sue you for this interrogate offending me. But I won't because I won't have a baggage.

If you're asking if he will win, the answer is probably not. His case would be for vilification of character, and for him to prove his point he would own to prove that it has cause him some sort of harm from what have been said.

Now, over the airwaves, I'm not sure what you suggest by that. A person have the right to say doesn`t matter what they please on a radio program, as long as the FCC doesn't find it offensive. Now, if he be talking give or take a few a certain see of people person criminals, he will probably have his broadcast license revoked. If he be talking in the region of one person, no, the broadcaster should be fine. But, again, the burden of proof is on the accuser, so he will hold to prove to a court that this slanderous remark caused him misery. Good luck, though. I see this case to be incredibly difficult to prove unless he was fast denied work because of this remark and can prove, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that it was solely because of this slanderous remark.
No, it's not slander. It's in truth the truth.

When you commit a crime, the fallout goes bearing beyond the sentence. The main fallout happen in society. Being a convicted criminal may bring social situations approaching these. That's the price you pay for taking shortcuts.
Who is going to sue? If they don't point out one personality then it's legitimate and somewhat of a joke. It's simply like a sign I saw contained by a store that said, "We have the right to refuse permission for to accept bleak checks".

Is there a difference between a domestic brutality misdemeanor / assault with bodily injury misdemeanor?

Answers: Maybe. Depends on the law of your particular state.

What is a perfect crime against society?

One supported by law, but I'm open to suggestion.
Answers: I dont know around how perfect it would be,,,,but definetely voting for Hillary Clinton would be a crime against society.
I'm committing it right very soon! I worked just long satisfactory to pay stale my home, boat and truck then I quit working full time! This year, approaching every year for the last 10, I earn just satisfactory to pay no income taxes. I don't own cable, nor a telephone queue to my house. The computer I'm typing this on is at the Public Library. While its true that I don't have seriously of money, I still do pretty much what ever I want to do and that's more than a lot of relations who work a lot harder and formulate a lot more money than me can articulate! They are wage slaves living to work and working to live to pay for the 'things' contained by their lives! What's more they pay TAXES that support the 'Society' that doesn't support them! And no, I'm not married. I never really needed children and so never found a woman that I could put up with or would put up next to me long enough to carry married to. If that truly is a sacrifice, its the only one. My life span IS the perfect 'Crime Against Society'.

Someone is trying to charge me with harrassement. What do I do?

I be seeing this guy on and off for three years immediately. One year ago I was arressted for have a warrant out that I didn't know about for calling this girl to plentiful times. I was trying to speak about her about her childs father and how he be telling us both that he loved us and required to be with us. At the time he be living with me. Now he is living next to her and just sooner or later up and left me. I sent her adjectives of the evidence I had, pictures, etc. to assistance her see what is going on but she didn't believe me or want to her about it so she go to the police again. Now I have an arrest warrant out and I could shift to jail what do I do?
Answers: Once he disappeared you, his personal life become none of your business. Contacting him and his new girlfriend be not appropriate.

If you agree to leave them both alone, they may consider dropping the charges, but do not contact them yourself. Go through the prosecutor, or bring yourself an attorney.
Get yourself a good legal representative to help you near this situation. Then, have zilch to do with any of them.

It's very simple really - if the other woman didn't want to believe you, afterwards let it be and report to the guy to get lost. But because you continued to try to prove that he's a two-timer (or more?), she saw it as harrassment.

Good luck.
You can stop harassing.problem solved.

Move on...it's over.
Listen to trooper3. When folks say "stop harassing them" "hand down them alone", they are not helping with the reality that there is a warrant out immediately for your arrest.

You need to try to win the charges dropped through a lawyer and prosecutor.

The "of late move on" stuff is for AFTER you get the canon off your vertebrae. Good luck.
