My husband has file a claim for PTSD. Will they give put money on compensation and when will it settle?

wow, that's a mess.. the answer to the actual question is yes, but the father not person a citizen is a curve ball... he still have rights to his child, but if the child was born surrounded by the us, then the child will not be capable of go live within his country permanently unless that child get citizenship.

Citizenship is irrelevant to custody issues. Family court won't even ask more or less his status.
The mother being a minor is an issue, but as long as she's within a stable home - say near her own parents - it shouldn't be a bar to her getting cohesive custody.

well i go to prison for murder did 16 years paroled out. was out for 9 years and suddenly they found an arrest as a juvenile for a sex offense. mind you simply an arrest, it seemss that since im on parole that if i have ever be either or--- arrested and charged or indicted or jailedfor any sex offense beside a child then i must in a minute register. i was told psyche only own to register for 5 years. thaT WAS 1999 i am still having to register and enjoy 34 years of parole left. what i did as a juvenile be not forced, we were both lower than aged and had consenual sex. explicitly why i was individual arrested and released.
but seem here is a code m on the parole certificate that say i agree to any additional servitude the parole board feel necessary to include. this offense was 35 years ago and its come pay for to haunt me. im more close to ly to kill some butte organizer than sexually assault some one
Very good point. Did you know that if you urinate surrounded by public (like on the side of the highway) you can be charged as a sex offender for your "indecent exposure"? I assume it is ridiculous that the same entity that has consensual sex beside someone who is underage, someone that rapes someone else, someone that pees on the side of the road, and someone that is a pedophile are adjectives grouped together and put on the same roll. I think at hand should be separate lists for separate crimes. I also regard they should have other list for other crimes. I think we should enjoy lists for murderers, physical abusers, thieve, drunk drivers, etc.
