Answers: In the UK there is no trading allowed on Easter Sunday. I beliieve thatit is the simply day of the year that near is a complete ban on trading. Christmas year also used to fall into this category but near are now enduring exceptions to this.

Answers: She needs to shift to the Department of Social Services in the city or town where on earth she lives. There is always emergency assist available when small children are involved. There is welfare, public housing, Medicaid, food stamps, job training, daycare, etc. You can probably find their address and cell phone number online. Are your mother-in-law and her daughter incapacitated in any road (ill, disabled)? You may need to collaborate with the friends she is staying beside to see if they can help her bring back assistance. Has she no other relatives (sisters, brothers, etc.)?
As for the people who hold answered you in a mean-spirited bearing, what goes around comes around. The Golden Rule cuts both ways. Please don't become discouraged. You are doing the right entity to try to help those who call for help.

Department of Social Services is where she can turn and explain her situation. She could be assigned a case representative to direct her to services in which she could be eligible for.
There is WIC for food vouchers. There is subsidized child comfort (helps pay for preschool) and other option available. But no one will stir to her to offer services. She must wish them out for her self. Good Luck.

Ok, first rotten, I am glad you are looking for resources to help someone. WE adjectives need lend a hand from time to time, and, we should (as human beings) try and help one another.
Secondly, There are programs run through the Human Services Department where on earth she lives. When she calls within, she needs to explain the situation. Some of the programs are as follows: Foodstamps (provide a debit card for buying groceries), medical assistance (provides strength insurance for herself and her child), child care assistance (will income for day nurture while mom works or goes to school). IF mom requests to complete her degree (either high-ranking school or college), this may be a accurate time to do it. Since she has no funds, she will qualify for several grant to do so.

Through another office (HUD) she can apply for any Section 8 Assistance or subsidized housing assistance. Section 8 pays for her home (it has to overrun inspection and be safe), and, subsidized housing puts her in an apartment complex beside other people that are struggling.

WIC is a program that give vouchers to buy food for children under 5 years. It is close to a coupon that is redeem at a grocery store for specific items like milk, eggs, cheese, beans, peanut butter, etc.

Most those find themselves in difficult situations at times during their lives and entail a helping hand. Myself, included. She can apply for welfare and food stamps until she can obtain herself on her feet, or her daughter is surrounded by school.
The school have in the past and after school perfectionism, so her daughter will be supervised.
Certain states provide healthcare for children, and she may even be able to carry that for herself.
The Salvation Army provides free food, as would her local food panty and various churches.

No they shouldn't! I hate to be expect here but one of them nearly killed me the other week.
Also for some basis they do not pay attention to the roads and whats going on around them-hence butchery your cat (sorry about that :o/).
I suggest they should not drive or keep have driving tests done ever 5 years or something so we know that they are out of danger drivers. A driving test they passed 40 years ago should be renewed!

I think that so long as the driver can see and hear satisfactorily and has adjectives their marbles that they should be allowed to drive. I think that raise the age for obtaining a driving licence to 21 might hold a more positive effect on the number of road accidents but that would be equally undeserved and impossible to impose.
i believe they shouldn't. But it would be best if they have a driving test at a subsequent age like 60 and hold one every 5 years.

In the UK driving licence automatically expire at 70. Any renewal after that must be supported by a medical form completed by your doctor.
I think at around 65 you should own to have at smallest a basic eye/coordination experiment yearly..I work within a hospital and see elderly people come surrounded by all the time who can barley waddle and don't have adjectives of their wits about them. As for insurance company statistics they are not fully correct...Younger drivers are within more accidents because they are more 18 year olds doing a tour than there are 80 year olds..

At 70 you already stipulation to renew your driving license every 3 years providing you meet minimum strength requirements.
Perhaps there wishes to be a more rigourous medical needed to prove you are fit enough to renew your license? And perchance a test of your reaction.
It does seem that some family think you can compensate for unfinished skills and reactions by driving slowly. Yes driving too in a hurry causes a peril, but driving too slowly can cause a menace too!
