I imagine as it's not a criminal event you feel you don't want to impress anyone but even so, it's best to dress appropriately, and most of the legal relatives and court officials will be within suits, so you would feel self-conscious being within jeans. I would wear smart trousers and a nice top and jacket.

Answers: Ok, in allowed terms (in the UK) the position is this:

You hold the right to retain one phone by virtue of the contract between you and the mobile phone company.
The contract does not entitle you to a second phone and it is solely by virtue of the contractual relationship that you can hold on to anything.
Therefore you have no contractual right to retain the second phone.
In ruling, you are currently deemed to be a 'gratuitous bailee' of the second phone (that's a well brought-up phrase, isn't it?) and you are therefore indebted to return the phone to the bailor (the phone company) upon request.
Theoretically, you could bill them for storage of the phone, but that would ordinarily apply more to things like cars.
If you don;'t, the bailor have the right to bill you for the value of the stock, which would be the full market price which, for a exotic phone, would be fairly hefty.
If you didn't payment or return the phone, you could be taken to the
small claims court and sued for the balance.
That's the legally recognized position - absent any finger-wagging.

It comes under unsolicited merchandise. You asked for one phone. They sent you two. That is an error they made, not one you did.

The Patriot act also disolves the system of checks and balance with surrounded by our government, the executive branch disolves the authority of the judical branch and go unchecked today. Men and women have fought and died to safeguard the words written in that document. those words cannot be compromised, it is the foundation upon which this country be built and has prospered for over 230 years. Those words and their goal and freedoms have made this country the greatest country to ever exist on this world. I am 3rd equals military and 3rd generation to box for wars surrounded by this country and I took an oath to "support and defend the constitution from adjectives enemies foreign and domestic". Answers: I would only call the conservatory back, and ask if they still hold the letter. They should let somebody know you if they returned it to you, or forwarded it on. If they still have it, you can extend to pick it up. I can't guess which they would do. They might have call him, and he picked up the letter or if they lost contact they might own returned it to you. I'm doubtful they would re-mail it. But who knows?

Only solution would be to relocate to rural areas and transport on some other business to earn. instead of struggling at Bangalore. Government does not seem to bother to solve the problem.
