Does your employer HAVE to inform you if you get fired?
my husband injured his ankle while coaching a youth football troop. this happened on his daytime off but the break require surgery and he have needed more time off. he call his work that night and informed them and after the surgery and speaking beside his dr got a entry saying how long he would be out for. all right i recently have a baby and when we get back from the hospital billing call to say that our insurance be terminated the 3nov. but they are paying for things that happened on the 13nov. his work seem fine with the head off and never called or mentioned anything in the region of being fired in a minute we are being giving the run around and not a soul has answers or informed us him mortal fired.can they fire you and not tell you they own???
Answers: Depends on your state. some states are "Right to work" states and some are not... Different states have different law regarding termination.
Consult a advocate
Employment law is state ruling, so not sure about the spot requirement. Generally, they would let you know on the assignment, so there is no such issue. However, if he is on set off after getting injured on a job and acquire fired, he may have fall into being "disabled" and be protected by consistent law such as the Federal Medical Leave Act or some state law also.
I am speaking as if he is a full time employee. The issue grasp even more complicated if he is an independent contractor. You should talk beside the HR about the benefit first since to be precise the most important issue right immediately. Make sure you figure out if he really is fired at this point. If that fail, you can try LegalAid and a Local Lawyer Referral Service.
Honestly, you may just enjoy a reason for complaint since he be injured and under physician trouble at the time of termination. Most states are right to work states but also there are law protecting people from one fired right before they may have need of disability benefits or what have you. Call your labor board and ask them. In my experience I see heaps companies in right to work states skeptical roughly speaking firing someone who is injured for legal reason.
What is the right thing to do if you see someone is be robbed across the street?
Answers: First call 911. I'm near Freethinker on this. I, personally, would try to intervene surrounded by the attack. As for what the right thing to do is. . .My belief is: if you feel you can intervene lacking putting your own life or the enthusiasm of the victim contained by danger, I suggest the right thing to do would be to do basically that, especially if the victim is getting hurt. If you cannot intervene, you should still stay on the scene but out of verbs until the police arrive and tell the police everything you witnessed.
Watch and hoot. I saw that on Seinfeld once.
So that is what must be done.
Call the police, in general 911.
Observe as much as you can safely.
Note the description of anyone involved that you can see.
Get license plate numbers of any vehicle leaving and direction traveled
If you watch the attack try to get a obedient look at the attacker, then cross the street and see if the being is OK, then hang about with them for the police, and when the police arrive answer their question as best you can .
If you didn't witness the attack then freshly cross the street and see how the person is and lend some moral support.
Wait til its over and the robber leaves. Then progress check through the victim's pockets one more time to see if anything be overlooked - cash, keep under surveillance, credit card, something redeemable.
In the united Kingdom. do u quality there should be a extermination penalty enforced?
What would the release penalty be?why. and for what state of crime would u enjoy to commit.
Answers: Clear cut, a life for a enthusiasm.
I don't want to pay to maintain a sicko in incarcerate because he/she killed a kid.
They should die by matching means. If they torched a house and kill my own kids, give me a wooden shed, can of petrol and a meeting and I'll deal the punishment myself.
There's no place surrounded by society for ppl like them.
What rights have a dead entity got?
What rights have a dead infant got not here?
What rights has a unresponsive family get?
In answer to those questions, without doubt none beacuse the criminal has get them, thanks to the ones who support them and want to save them alive.
If I had a want, I would wish a hired gun who was spared execution to be consent to out of jail and butcher someone's family extremity who supported the ban on property punishment. Then it might sink in.
We still enjoy the death cost for high treason and for setting a fire contained by Her Majesty's docks.
(She hates it if the adjectives smell gets onto her socks)
Not unless a full confession is given. If we have the death cost where would Colin Stagg be presently, if the police entrapment had worked, and he couldn't own proved his innocence ..?
Ruth Ellis RIP
No. This issue has be finished for around 40 years. Death sentences do not reduce crime (see Texas) and do not fire up defendants to plead guilty, since they offer no hope. So, perversely, demise sentences result in more guilty offender walking free (by acquittal by jury.)
There is also no way put a bet on from the dead for someone who is dishonestly convicted. Some people argue DNA evidence today could prevent this, but I wouldn't rear the gun. In a rape case for example, the accused's DNA proves intercourse occur, but not necessarily that it was rape.
A absolve is no good to a corpse.
PS the fellow who say we have passing penalty for arson within a naval yard and dignified treason - these penalties be abolished properly in 1997.
The argument that someone must be "definitely" guilty is impossible. Everyone who was ever convicted have "definitely" done it, until it later emerge they did not!
A lot is said about the "cost" of detention. It is a lot smaller number than the cost of barristers when someone's life is underneath threat.
Hanging.
-Murder
-Sexual Abuse
-Spying
I did have this hypothesis that we could somehow make the loss penalty morally lately if we made it optional. Say for serial killer and rapists who had a sentance of 30 years or more. Sort of "We can put you away for the rest of your existence, or you can apply to have it commuted to death".
I thought some more and it wouldn't work. Only the more adjectives criminals would take it, including the innocent driven suicidal by human being put inside for something they didn't do.
No, the death cost should never be enforced, not anywhere. Life in prison (a shitty prison at that) would be worse for most anyway.
However, no permitted system is without flaw, and so the death cost is unethical.
No, we own already hung innocents in former times.
The British judicial system has to consent to people out of prison regularly who own been found innocent latterly.
Some might voice 1 innocent death is okay as the majority are guilty!
That is fine until it is you or yours facing the loss penalty!
Others say-so that only if you are 100% sure, which is ridiculous, since the one and only people that stir to jail are found 100% guilty.
Some say-so if there is 100% DNA, but ethnic group have be let out of put inside having be put there on DNA evidence.
I prefer the alternative where on earth life surrounded by prison should mean newly that!
there should not be the departure penalty because innocent inhabitants will be murdered by the state.
and that is adjectives the death cost is, state sanctioned murder. how can the state hold the moral high ground whilst murdering its citizens no business how distasteful that individual maybe.
I am totally opposed. No civilised political affairs should have it,In of error you can't transport it back The Bible say thou shalt not kill
Yes!.
For dropping chewing gum on the pavement.
Now-a-days adjectives other crimes are officially deem acceptable and unanimously rewarded.
definitely. but we would requirement a police force. not the revenue collectors that try to pass for policemen that we own now. but near a decent police force trained to in actual fact uphold the law. and hunt down criminals PROPERLY!!! we might hope to see our children undamagingly playing in the streets again..within the case of relations like Ian Huntley, i really see no point contained by keeping them alive at all. our officially recognized system is just nearby to make money. it have nothing to do near upholding the law and keeping citizens out of danger AT ALL. in reality i go further and influence that our legal system is in fact making our streets more dangerous, by letting criminals know that they are unlikely to facade punishment.
What do you think is the nouns between political philosophy and laws against counterfeit products?
Answers: I assume by counterfeit products you are discussion about individuals selling things like fiddle brand name shirts or artificial Rolexes and such. In the United States I would point out that patent protection and copyright protection are both provided for within the U.S. Constitution. Trademark protection is provided for by U.S. statute based on the Constitutional protections already provided. Most counterfeit products infringe upon Trademark (like selling a artificial Rolex or a fake Polo shirt) while a few infringe on government grant rights (like selling something like a cyber- George Foreman grill. . .of course, that could violate both). I don't have an idea that that there is much of a nouns between political philosophy and the laws because the law have be in effect much longer than the current "big business" philosophy. However, increased enforcement of those law against very minor players could connect directly to protection of big business.
Firstly for counterfeit products to exist nearby must exist a market, which is us so we are contained by part responsible. Secondly nation producing large scramble counterfiet product do so by their authorities looking away, do so usually in the perspective of being contained by poverty or under the ruling of a corrupt regime. .
Is it legal contained by california for an 18 year old driver to drive near a person beneath 18?

"When you turn 18 years of age, the provisional part of your license ends. You may verbs to drive as an adult using your photo license, which will expire on your 5th birthday after the date you applied."
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/teenweb/dl_btn2/dl...
You answered your own interrogate then. If they don't hold a provisional license then they enjoy a full license and can have any passenger next to them.
David had the ruling correct. They are simmilar in the rest of the states as ably.
Is leaving a cop radar within while ure parked against the law?
Answers: if your asking can they radar you while they are parked??? yes they can, if your not speeding later don't have to verbs. i know i do, but i'll take my probability. do u mean a radar surrounded by your car to detect cops. you can hold those in your pane, but those don't even work if a cop is stopped somewhere and is shooting with radar gun
Leave what on the glass? Rephrase the question, it make no sense.
Why is everyone "speeding"?
If democracy means the majority rules, why is only about everybody speeding? Seems to me that democracy is an hallucination.Answers: Yes! it's an illusion because if the majority truly ruled in that would only be a few relatives speeding.
To get where on earth they want to go faster.
