How can I find out if the law have been changed on letting prisoners out on perfect behavier or early release?
If someone have been within prison for 22 years for something they have done as a minor. Can they get out rash on good behavior if they can prove that they own changed their lives completely and became a Minister while within prison?Answers: that would depend on the state and the conviction. If you have be in prison over 20 years that usually indicates a hugely serious charge with a manditory minimum sentence. Some crimes in that are no "good time" standards to cut back on the stay. One must do the entire sentence to get released.
Most states own truth and sentence laws they enjoy to sit there unbroken time but being sentenced 22 years ago they should enjoy good time. I would check your local state law and call a local probation and parole officer (Department of Corrections).

I believe someone is scamming me. How do I find out for sure, and how do I bust them?
A older woman wishes to make me her subsequent of kin so I can inheret her money. The place she is going though that is handling her funds wishes 800.00 for processing fees. The woman paid 500.00 and said I solitary need to transport them 300.00. She sent me a picture of her and her late husband. She keep telling me she is for definite and this is not a scam. This is too hard to believe.Answers: Go near your instincts... she is a scammer. It is so unfortunate that near are people out within that will get close to others purely to take dominance of them. Go to the police dept. ASAP or call the non-emergency phone number they enjoy listed contained by your phone book and report this person. (Try to go and get as much information out of her as you can... name, contact info, designation of the place she says she is file paper next to... and bring those with you to turn in). Most police dept.'s enjoy officers that switch this type of investigation. You will not only be doing yourself a favor by turning her surrounded by, you will also be doing others a favor who may fall for her lines.

Sewage leak surrounded by trailer?
We have what we believe is a sewage percolate under our trailer. The trailer smells horrible next to sewage. We don't see the leak on the ground outside and it's not getting surrounded by our house, the drains are also not backed up.My query is, since it's probably under the ground, does the trailer park own to pay for the damages? We've singular been living within this trailer for less than two months, we own the trailer.

Answers: It would depend on your contract next to the park and who owns the pipe that is leak.
As much as it sucks, you need to walk under the trailer to locate the outflow. It could be a pipe on the underside of the trailer itself.

My principal is accusing me of doing something I didn't and whenever I go to her department she says you know who did it and that im the fundamental suspect where theres not for a moment piece of proof/evidence. She takes me during classes and bay and wastes alot of my time and I told her to stop but she didn't is this nuisance.Answers: Ignore her; if you're innocent, she'll find someone new to blame.
Here's what I'd do.
1. Talk to your parents and return with them involved
2. Talk to your counceller and let them know what's going on
3. If neither of the above works and you're feeling like, ask your principal to provide the evidence they're claiming they have on you and see what they come up next to. If they have zilch and no logical cause, next I would technically classify that as harrasment. As far as what you can do about it, I don't know. You could potentially pocket it to the school board, but it depends on how far you want to dance. If they supposedly do have something on you, it will offer you a chance to see where on earth they're coming from and make your covering from there.
What can she do in the region of it if there is no proof? If she tries to punish you, consequently get your parents to aid.
You said every time you go into her bureau...is this a common entry? Maybe why you are getting the blame for this. Try behaving for once.

if you do not enjoy a contract you are an at will employee which manner you can be fired for any reason (or no reason) and you can quit for any use (or no reason).
