Sexual Harassment at Work?
I have a coworker who have been in words sexually harassing me at work for 4 months now. I angrily detail him everytime that he is completely inappropriate and lewd. I began to document/write down everything he said, including the date. The comments revolved around 'persistently wanting me to come over to his apartment, comments about my boobs, butt, trying to hug me, clutch my shoulder' etc. I am not the only being who has have a problem with him, but he seem to target me. I have a long document of the incidents and their dates. I told my executive, she had us thieve a sexual harassment class online. He still did not stop, so I go to corporate (I work for a nationally set bank). They are currently investigating and I informed them I want him to be transferred at the very tiniest. Do I have grounds to sue my employer if they do not verbs or fire him for forcing me to work in this environment?Answers: I am sick to release of people who want to SUE SUE SUE. Give me money because my inner health got hurt. Give me money because the coffee be to hot. Give me money because I slipped on the floor while wearing my 4 in. stiletto shoes and hurt my ankle. Every single time your co-worker make an inappropriate comment or harass you, you need to document it in half a shake in an email to your boss, human resources and corporate. Additionally, any print out the email or send a blind CC to an external email story such as Yahoo or whatever.
Also, consult near an attorney and find out what is considered a reasonable amount of time to continue for corporate to do something, and find out exactly what type of paper trail you requirement to be successful in litigation.
In the meantime, if you want the harrying to stop, have an attorney draft a note to your coworker letting him know that you also plan to personally sue HIM if the discrimination doesn't stop. If he thinks it may affect his financial happiness, he'll make much more of an endeavour to stop.
He's more than likely a sex evil spirit and cannot help himself! Try and wear clothing that hide your body parts...so's not to arouse the poor, misguided man with a high-sex drive! Keep your perfume at home...do not wear any this only excites and entices a man into thinking your on the prowl wearing a scent that say "Come and get me big Fella"! i'm no attorney, but i'd hold to ask what it is she wants you to sign--if it's an acknowledgment you reicieved your final paycheck, that's one piece, but if it is something you do not feel is appropriate, you could (a) hire an attorney (expensive) or (b) record a claim in small claims court (inexpensive) and next tell the pass judgment what is going on...and it might be wise to write your (ex) employer a short transcribe asking why you need to sign this thesis in writ to get wages you are rightfully due. Maybe the (ex) employer will reply surrounded by writing and you can show this reply to the judge, thus helping your skin (in the event your (ex) employer denies everything). Finally, in small claims court, it's of late the employer, you, and the judge--no attorneys allowed... (and you can always sue for more than the disputed wages, to cover your intense duress, illegal practices, and punitive damages).upright luck!

Yes there be 2 kids from New York city who went to a advocate after their mother had call up an attorney. They went to the lawyer office and the attorney decided to bear their case. They did not hold the proper evidence to prove that McDonalds did harm to them because that is to say very complex to prove! The judge done up throwing out the case. You would own to eat at Mcdonalds everyday to show that this cause their weight problem.

I agree that it could be considered immoral to use stem cell for research, but if it is for the greater good... Then what? Do we not explore research surrounded by something that could provide cures to many "incurable" diseases?

Nope, she hasn't ruined her life. She's ruined a length of time - some bad bygone behavior doesn't mean she can't/won't do better contained by the future. She will have need of to educate herself, metamorphose friends (don't hang around next to those that will encourage bleak behavior) get a mission and work on improving herself.
