Judgement filed against me surrounded by Illinois by a dealer and I reflect on there playing games beside me.?
I have contacted the attorney on the civil satchel and was advise that the case be closed and I must take it up next to the dealer. I asked if they can provide me near updated contact information. Then I was told that I would recieve a send for back because the attorney is a personal friend of the dealship owner. They did not adopt my offer and wont provide me beside valid and accurate business information on the dealer. I believe this business is out of business and dont know how that works. I be also advised that if the vehicle be resold I am only responsiable for the diffrence. When I asked the attorney if the vehicle be resold he said yes, but would not tell me for how much. He would not present me the vin # so that I may look it up. He gave me nil simply told me that this is an old casing from 2001 and my best bet is to pay. I am trying to recompense but I dont want to give 5000+ to someone who cant even bestow me accutate information. The worst part is I moved out of state. You can then contact the court involved and capture full information on this judgment . If this case is from 2001, I would look to see if the statute of limitations have past, or is more or less to pass. Then it will be too delayed for them to collect anything from you.

Dog bite problem- Legal help please?

I think it may be infected and could be spreading. She have not called or emailed me the results of todays look in to the vet. I will pay the first $500 next to no questions asked. I a short time ago can't help but reflect she contributed to the problem because she chose to not immediately jump to the vet and start anti-biotics which would have prevented infection. So, how far do I consent to this go and how much should I remuneration. It would have be no problem if she took the dog to the vet on day 1.Answers: My counsel is to wait till you win the bill, call the vet and ask his inference, if the bill is too high next let her clutch you to small claims court. Maybe she be hoping worse would happen so she could sue. I enjoy always said this is wrong. I be once in an misfortune and a gal in the other saloon, not wearing her seat belt sustained injuries to her leg.
