Juvenile arrest record contained by louisiana?

Hello everyone! When I was 17, I accidentally sold a pack of cigarette to a minor and get caught. I went to a pre-trail program and never have to go to court, so I be not convicted. Now that I'm 18, I'm just wondering if my arrest dictation is sealed/expunged. I live in Louisiana by the route. Thanks!
Answers: A 17 year-old is an adult contained by Louisiana with respect to criminal law. The register of your arrest at age 17 is not sealed and it won't be expunged unless you bring back a court order directing that it be expunged.

You necessitate to hire an attorney to request that your record be expunged. It should be easier since you be not convicted.

Make sure the court order for the expungment is properly delivered to the police agency (or agencies) surrounded by question. Check after going on for 90 days to make sure the directive was carried out.
On the Louisiana LawHelp website, at hand is a Frequently Asked Questions page about Criminal Record Expungements contained by Louisiana. It says:

Legal advice. can someone really do this?

this is kinda a long story but i'll craft it short..a month ago i purchased a sidekick 2 online from a 17 year old girl(it be through myspace, yes i know i shouldnt have). i trusted her because she had a "shop" site and have positive feedback from several people. i sent her $60 through paypal. essentially i never recieved anything and finally after i told her i was going to convey her to court she sent me some verizon phone with gross video of her doing things to some guy! well i told her i want my money final and she said she would send it but never did. me mortal smart i had peak shot every single message, from day 1 and save it to my computer. i looked up her dad's name contained by the white pages and found her address. i sent her a message wise saying that i have it (i be never rude or said a curse word) so its not like she can merely try and get out of giving my money support. now her dad wishes to sue me just for looking up their address! can they do that after she scammed me and i hold all the proof?
Answers: No one can sue you for access publicly available information like the White page.
This is the US, anyone can sue. It's not a terribly credible threat, he hasn't get much of a case.
Speaking of suing, consider taking them to small claims court to bring back your money back.
Dude you want a lawyer.
Yes you messed up but what is done is done.

If you are over 18 you could procure into a lot of trouble. You recieved porn from a minor. Who's to prove you did not ask for them. God know what this girl will say or already is. Threatening to inform her parents could be considered blackmail. She could say aloud "sorry, I forgot to send it and in a minute I am afraid for my life". My bet is she knew what she be doing by sending the pictures and has done this previously.

Plus if a complaint is made the police will take your computer. Mere possession of these picture would obtain you charged.

Consider this possibility. The whole piece is a scam. There is no girl but the name you found be actually the scammer. Just a thought.

What to do? Not sure roughly speaking that. You could drop the whole business and see what happens. If something next happens you could deal with it then. If the father contacts only keep the messages and don't respond.

IRS , is this true?

as long as you don't file, you haven't broken any law. once you file, you enter into an agreement to retribution. the US supreme court ruled in 1991 that our labor be our personal property and we exchange it equally in exchange for compensate. the 16th amendment recquires only those who "profit or gains" to be tax. the vast majority of americans aren't recquire to repay income taxes. they outlawed slavery in 1864.

this is why the irs threaten so firm and then simply settle out of court. THEY DON'T WANT IT TO GO TO COURT because they will lose contained by court. the supreme court has already set precedence.
Answers: It's total BS.

There is no such ruling from the Supreme Court, within 1991 or any other year. That claim has be raised countless times but have been shot down EVERY time. In certainty, it's been raise so many times that merely attempting to elevate it can attract an additional fine of up to $25,000 for raise a spurious defense, i.e. wasting the court's time.

The IRS will gladly pilfer you to court over your unpaid taxes. They're batting 1000 on this -- they win EVERY civil satchel over the legality of Title 26. A few Tax Kooks enjoy dodged the bullet on criminal sanctions but the ALWAYS turn up paying in the conclusion.
NO NO NO it is not true!!!!!!!! is all BS
I hold been preparing people's federal taxes for lots many years and this is not true . do not attain in trouble listen to these rationalized resons not to pay your taxes.
Or you can only die, or only adopt and spend cash... Preferably Euros.
Don't know if it is true or not...
Try it & consent to us know how it works for you.
Individual filing of taxes is voluntary.

16th amendment is for corporations simply.

there is no "law" requiring individual to reimburse.

How 2 punishments awarded by courts to the same being be implemented at alike time?

This is a doubt and question in connection with legal matter. No legal proposal is necessary. Just a clarification.. Yesterday the Mumbai court within INDIA gave 2 punishments to one character ( 1.Life imprisonment for murder and 2. Five years detention for a grave offence) The court directed that the 2 punishments be implemented same time. My doubt is when he is undergo life captivity, how the 5 years imprisonment can be implement? When it can not be implemented what is the rationale within awarding a second punishment. Any legal experts are warmth to clarify this doubt. Thank you.
Answers: They consider that consecutive terms of sentence - it necessarily means the crime is impossible enough that it deserves a sentence, but not so desperate that it needs to be tack on the end of his other sentence.

unsophisticatedly what it will do to this man is push his eligibility for parole (at least within the US, I cannot speak on Indian prison terms) back by several years, assuring he stays within jail longer.
In one of the punishment surrounded by Tamilnadu,A women judge give a punishment beyond 100 yrs or so.It is not the 100 yrs should be taken into account. The Legal ruling is ,has single two punishment ,one is life confinement, the other one is life.Beyond that he should be punished,say-so I want that person be cut into pieces , as close to in butchewr shop for abiding henious crimes, but the judge is helpless except to award that punishment.

Is it Legal For the President and Vice President's Personal Companies to Gain Profit from the War?

With the recent $70 billion recently approved by Congress I've be thinking about the in full view conflict of interest. A big percentage of this $70 billion approved by Congress will go directly within the pockets of the people that proposed the bill to get going with.the President and Vice President. My query is A) is this conflict of of interest legal? and B) why do I never hear more or less this conflict of interest in the News?
Answers: in truth in the recent past it was against the ruling for anyone to profit from the US being at period of war. this is the first conflict when the
laws preventing "period of war profiteering" have not be enacted.
the communication networks have on numerous occasion ran stories just about this issue.

EDIT:
Cheney's stock in haliburten is contained by a blind trust it was not sold.
as far as Bush is concerned i enjoy not seen any facts concerning his finances. regardless of the certainty that Bush or Cheney have or don't own an interest, no company should be turning a profit off of a time of war. it has never be allowed in olden times and definitely should not be stirring now, but it is.
I asked something resembling this and the answer I got be that public officials put their stock surrounded by "blind trusts"

SUPPOSEDLY even THEY don't even know who is managing their money. (more secrecy)

But if is obvious that their close friends, former co-workers, and relations members are working for said companies that would be benefiting from their decision, I mean...c'mon...
They do it adjectives the time. I do think it is illegitimate. With billions going over to Iraq. In the meantime, us Americans, and taxpayers have to step without services because within is no money there. We are not going to hear around the conflict of interest in the word because remember, the government will determine what we should know, and they reflect on that what we don't know won't hurt us.
