No, it's not legalized. However, it's not criminal, either.
You won't be arrested for smoking pot, per se. You could be arrested for something else, approaching public indecency, but it won't be a drug related offense. You also won't get charged near drug posession.
Trafficing, however, they'll book you for.

Are there any programs or services general for legal oblige for low income families?
I live within Charlotte, NC and my boyfriend was charged beside first degree murder. Lawyers charge no more that $150,000 for this quality of case surrounded by NC. We are low income families, we will never hold this kind of money. NC have legal aid but not for criminal charges. We DO NOT want to settle for a public protector who may be over worked and not be able to devote their full time to the satchel. Any help you guys can tender would be great!!!Answers: A public defender is required to bestow his client the best representation possible and they do their best. These public defender's are volunteer's. If they feel that they can NOT do a proper livelihood representing a client they will inform the judge and decline (there is a permitted term here that I can NOT mull over of) the case.
Your bf doesn't seem to be to be in a position to be existing picky right now. At smallest take the Public supporter until you can afford to pay a different attorney. But try to remember this: Just becasue you foot a different attorney does NOT mean you will receive better service.

Sorry to utter this, but I don't believe you are in any helpful of position to turn away any consultation from any lawyer. I would acquire a public defender until you can find a legal representative for your price range.

Wow!.. You might try calling a few attorneys around you or beckon the State Bar in NC and they may know how to recommend any attorneys who may take the casing PRO BONO (free).. For a murder charge tho, that's debateable. Unless he's a young attorney and wishes to try and make a cross for himself.. Other than that, a public defender would be your best bet.. Good Luck!

You can't do it by calling. You own to go to the courthouse surrounded by person and request the record for the specific case, and remuneration a copying fee.

Cops looking for DUI this Holidays.?
Hi all. It of late occured to me that the media is blasting the airwaves and TV Commercials around NOT Drinking and Driving this Holidays. Like always enjoy a designated driver or call a hackney carriage. My question is, if Cops looked-for an easy solution for their problems, adjectives they gotta do is park discreetly at any Local Bar or Restaurant and when they see somebody walking out eraticaly or driving off suspiciously, GOTCHA verbs him over! Or is that illegal.Answers: I don't know if it is wicked, but most police departments don't have the man power to station a squad at every stick in town, and still execute their other duties.

They already do that where I live. They post an undercover surrounded by a bar and lurk for drunk people to walk off and get surrounded by their cars.
Not sure on the legality of it though since it seem to be similar to a speed trap, which has be deemed criminal.

It is not illegal and it is not entrapment. Police regularly set up road blocks/sobriety check points close by the bar district within town. Most of the residents know that the cops do this and do not drive when going there. the cops bring all of the out of towners/tourists who do not know better than to drink and drive.
They broadcast warning because the cops cannot catch every single drunk driver and they are hoping the public service announcements will prevent at least possible some of those who might otherwise drink and drive.

...and this have thrown up a bit of a paradox for me.
I hate adjectives the politically correct rubbish that's around at the minute, but was I individual politically correct by saying that David Blunkett shouldn't be made fun of because of his blindness?
Why shouldn't somebody craft a joke out of it? I simply made an automatic response to the question that it didn't appear fair activity to make fun of it.
I'm comfortable have contradictory sides to myself, but it did make me have an idea that that perhaps this is why citizens feel they must be politically correct.
Answers: It's simply a thing of personal morality. What may be unacceptable behavior to the piles would be "fair game" for someone else. Most of us demarcate our limits as to what is considered above-board forms of criticism and fun whereas others simply hold nothing subsidise.
Realize, too, that such pandering to sensitivities could be interpreted as patronizing to those who are afflicted near such handicaps. For this select few, it's simply a matter of individual treated on equal footing rather than as a "special" class.

although i do agree that the full pc article is out of hand, i still guess there are some things that only just shouldn't be made fun of and just isn't funny. unsurprisingly there's exceptions to every rule and to be honest i don't know why those exceptions work (like why when south park makes fun of ethnic group with disabilities it's funny but if someone else does it's wrong) possibly just knowing when the being doesn't mean anything by it cuz they kind fun of of absolutely everyone make it ok. but i can't see when making fun of the holocaust would be funny and things like that. there's purely some things that are too important and eloquent to be funny.

I know lots of people that use that drug very soon but , they have more respect for me than to volunteer it.
I have never be offered one or even a puff of one and most certainly enjoy never bought one.

31 years ago. Didn't catch a buzz the first time but the second time I did and ever since. My greatest revelation be when a non-user told me "you're so dumb, you don't even know why it's illegal". That put me on the path to great enlightenment, I go back to the commencement. I found the reasons to be greed, monetary strife, the good ol'boy introduce yourself and racism. It was adjectives about Hemp not THC.
