Not all addict are dead beat but when they get "sick" they can run up a full-size medical bill that, most of the time, doesn't get remunerated by them. This is a perfectly clothed area for charitable work, BUT the command needs to stop interfering constantly and listen to lawyers who can't obtain enough litigation to see a mentally incompetent person out within where he can be a crime target, injured, or harm others.

Can an 18 year old fetch unopened alcohol on a plane?
Okay, so I'm 18 and a college student. My parents recently moved to South Carolina. My best friend from my home state of New Jersey is coming to stop by me, and for his birthday I got him a manipulate of gray goose. I know it is illegal for a minor to transport alcohol in an unopened container but how does it work for an 18 year matured? Are they still under indistinguishable law? In this overnight case is a minor considered someone below the legal drinking age? EDIT - to "jurydoc" - in your State at hand is a State Bar that is separate from the Bar Association. In some States they are like body, in all the same others, such as New York, the State Supreme Court handles legal representative discipline, not the Bar at all.
The poster asked "Where can I move about to get more info?" The best answer to that, contained by ANY State, is - as I said - the Bar Association. They may or may not be the disciplinary body for his State - but they WILL have the info he wishes to find out who is.

It may be very much similar to an actual trial, depending on the rules of your state. Usually state bar associations pedal discipline of attorneys, but in some states the system is more involved in the regulation of lawyer.
