In my honest feelings, it's very complicated to enforce the age of consent. You can't have police hiding within everyone's bedroom, and it's probably better that family planning services and so forth are available to 16 year-olds than the alternative: where on earth there's no support, nowhere to turn and plenty of people have sexual relations at the age of 16 anyway.

A dog may not be declared vicious if it was protecting or defending a being from an unjustified attack or assault, or if it injured another dog that was chat, tormenting, abusing, or assaulting it.
Legal Responsibilities of Owners of Vicious Dogs
The owner of a vicious dog must argue liability insurance of at least $100,000 for injuries that may be cause by the dog.
The owner must register the dog and have the dog’s registration passport number tattooed on its upper inner left backside thigh.
A vicious dog must be kept inside a fence or a structure explicitly at least 6 foot high and that prevents the entry of infantile children, as well as the escape of the dog. The work area must be locked and have in safe hands sides, top, and bottom. Vicious dogs are not permitted outside the owner’s home or the dog’s enclosure, unless the dog must step to the vet, or is complying with the instructions or directions of a dog officer, or is getting its vicious dog tattoo. If a vicious dog, when unprovoked, attacks, assaults, bites, or otherwise injures any human being while out of or in the dog’s enclosure or otherwise on or sour the owner’s property, regardless of whether it was leashed and muzzled, the owner may be liable, short fault, for adjectives damages sustained. Damages are recoverable in a civil behaviour. It is not necessary for the injured soul to prove that the owner or keeper know that the dog had vicious propensities.
If the owner of a vicious dog is a minor, the child’s parent or guardian will be liable for adjectives injuries caused by an unprovoked attack by the vicious dog.
In incorporation to civil liability, vicious dog owners must pay a $1,000 fine if a vicious dog, when unprovoked, injures or kill a person.
