Is it against the law to market you food card?

I know a girl that has two small children and get quite a bit on a food card from the welfare. She sell it so she can buy stuff. Is this illegal? How do you report her? We live surrounded by Ohio.

Answers: Yeah it is . call your local welfare bureau and let them know.. She should b using that for food for her kids, and if she is not using it own the amount lowered if she does not need it so someone else can hold the assistance they may need!

That is sooo risky!!! Call your local social services dept and speak to their fraud investigator.or look in your phone book beneath the hotline numbers. If all else fail call a rule agency and ask them who to report it to. That should get the bubble rolling. GOOD LUCK

Yep they really don't concern about us the associates who elected them. Once elected they get to draw big flab retirement checks for only serving one occupancy. Yeah we get to foot for it. They have no principle to care and until we stand up for ourselves nought will change.

They do enjoy an attitude that they are untouchable, and they really think they are. It take a very long time to return with them brought to justice if they have need of it and they will promise you anything just to draw from elected. With the politicians it is "a promise is made to be broken".

In short...yes. I could go on a long rant give or take a few that, but until Americans care adequate to make politicians adjectives, they will continue to do what is right for their contributors and not for their constituents. This is why we necessitate publicly financed elections. Unfortunately, most people don't keeping enough going on for public financing to really fight for it because it doesn't come across to directly effect anyone's life. However, fixing that problem would give a hand to fix all of the other ones since it would force politicians to listen to their constituents.

I suppose it would depend on the generosity of the comic who is doing the song and whether or not s/he could convince the label to allow you to enjoy it at little to no cost, like the band that allow fans to download music for free. In adjectives probability, if you are able to capture anywhere close to anyone of any importance at the sticky label, the cost will be exorbitant and way out of a school's march band's price range if they allow you to do it at adjectives.

Answers: Need some more details on the situation here. Since you asked the RN query it sounds like this happen in some type of precision facility; or with a child beside disabilities, psychological problems, or drugs.

If that person is gentle for the child and restrained them for their own safety or the sanctuary of others then that adjectives goes into consideration.
