Classmate Help?

I am a freshman in high-ranking school, and I sit subsequent to these people, who cooperate about not permitted drugs all the time, similar to marijauna and some other kind of pill, and they sermon about how they seize high. They even share drugs next to each other, right surrounded by class!!! Right next to me!!!

I do not want to enjoy anything to do with this, nor do I want to be a witness for turning them contained by, and have them know that i turned them contained by, cause they might hurt me. What should I do! please comfort!!
Answers: tell your lecturer in a typed information and not say who it is from
you enjoy to tell
a short time ago secretly email your counsler?
why dont you ask the trainer if you could move to a new form because you have seeing trouble
report it to police ASAP they are unpromising people
Ya final year (I'm in position 10 now) that happened too. And adjectives this talk roughly speaking people owing those money and what not. Just ignore it, that's what I do. Bring your ipod to class and listen to that. But I definetly don't recommend tunring them within... they can and WILL hurt you if they find out it was you. Not to alarm you or anything... but if they can get unjust drugs I can guarentee you that have some pretty angry friends

Good luck though!:)
You have two option, depending on your trust.

A) You can write a letter to the principle, by placing it on the secretary's desk or whatnot beside his name on it. Just read aloud everything that you've witnessed, but that you do not want to be involved with such actions or have the risk of them coming after you, so you prefer to remain anonymous.

OR

B) Directly budge to the principle and tell him what you enjoy seen or whatnot (maybe after hours of university...or come in early) and inform him/her that you do not want your name involved beside any of it, because it is so serious.

Either way, someone wants to be told about this stuff. It is not something that should be taken lightly-no issue how common it is contained by today's society.

Good luck!
Eh.
I'd just close the eyes to it.
Bury your head surrounded by your arms.
Marijuana and Ex ( Is what I'd assume they're taking ) isn't very big of a concord.
But if the talking of getting glorious gets really extreme I muse you should tell them it may freshly get them hurt.
Don't inform a teacher or anything 'cause I know how much it sucks monky's to be told on for something close to that. I'm not a smoker or anything but a few of my exes were and are.
It's no fun.
But logically if that dosn't work I guess it would be fine to tell a trust worthy guru that may not get them into serious trouble that they own a class with ( If here is a teacher similar to that at your school ) annom... Secretly.
Sorry I wasn't much back like a few of the others.

Do I have to work a shift when call on the day?

I work at a clothing shop as a detached employee, and when other workers hail as in sick (which happen to be often) I get call 2 hours before the shift and asked if I can work it.

Do I HAVE to work the shift? My Employer get really angry at me when I dont- yet I other attend my rostered shifts EVERY time.
Answers: If you want to stay on your boss' good side you do. After adjectives he is the one that can fire and replace you.
no, you don't

However, keep surrounded by mind that your employer, if disatisfied, may look to other ways to lay you off except happy.

It's kinda crap
What do you stingy Casual Employee?

If you were hired to cover shifts of others after yes, it is your job.

If you be hired as a regular employee near regular shifts, then yes they may ring you to ask if you can cover a shift. The answer to your question is (in this case) No.

You are NOT rightfully bound to work a shift that you were not planned to work. It is against the law for him to state otherwise.

If you move about in (depending on the state, most states) you must be remunerated for a four hour shift if you are sent home, due to employer decision.

But as for self called surrounded by to work someone elses shift and if it is not part of your profession, then no, you are not required by ruling to work other's shifts.
Not sure if you signed any kind of contract. If so, it might be outlined surrounded by there.

If not, no, not obligated. Be apologetic and recognition of the employer's frustration but you are not responsible for those shirking their duties.
Do you have sightseer ID? If it's your day stale, don't answer the phone.

It always worked for me!
no technically you do not hold to work, if its that late become aware of.
however, you say your employer ets angry if you dont so if you want to hang on to your job and stay surrounded by the good books its probably best to work.
Unless it be a condition of your employment you don't. I have a similar situation, and can transport or refuse any supplementary shifts, that I'm not scheduled for. This may exact them to be shorthanded, but it is the way our scheduling is set up.
If you don't awnser the phone, later you won't know your needed!
This one is a no brainer -- You were without a doubt HIRED as a replacement when people call upon in sick. Be indebted you are getting ANY hours as LOTS of people out in attendance would crawl over you to get them.

For the duration of me, I cannot understand WHY someone would not want those hours
You don't HAVE to, but if you don't, they don't enjoy to schedule you for ANY shifts. To put it another agency, refusing to work when call could result in not have a job.

Will you be confronted if you're buying an R-Rated DVD if you're under the age of 17?

There's this movie call Tekkon Kinkreet that I really want to see, yet I'm not 17 years antiquated yet. Just voice I go to Borders, FYE, Blockbusters or something and I whip T.K. to the register. Would they ask for an ID or an age or something if I attempted to buy an R-rated movie?
Answers: You should. I doubt if one would really stop you from buying it.
Sounds like you're bearing under seventeen or you wouldn't ask such a put somebody through the mill.

Let me try to answer in a channel you'd understand: They'll deal in it to you if you look like Chris Griffin, but not if you look approaching Stewie.
They are supposed to check ID for anyone that appears they MAY by under age. When I worked contained by retail, I checked ID for EVERYONE, even if they looked twice my age.

Does a person enjoy the right to seek retribution for person humiliated in the work place?

My neighbour simply left her chore after being humiliated over the loud speaker at her duty. (night stocking shift at a national corporate retailer). Whe is of "different abilities" than the average Canandian. She's one of those who may have "fall through the cracks". She's independent enough to live near a sibling of similar abilities. She's held retail job before, but works slower (admittedly) than most. Her most recent employer, as mentioned above, humiliated her in regard to her work pace over the loud speaker. She be so humiliated that she decided to end her employment. She was told to write a dispatch of resignation stating that her decision to quit have nothing to do beside anything that was said to her.
I am outraged, she is tired and her morale is low. Is in that anything that can be done? Should she just forget & verbs? It doesn't seem right! This is a okay known national store that prides itself contained by it's community links, & it's equal rights stance when it comes to employees.
Answers: Retribution, NO. Restitution, I don`t know.
I work for a multi billion dollar corporation and regularlly take nouns training courses madated by corporate. the answer is Maybe. Unfortunately to be covered by the federal laws you hold to take steps foremost up to quiting, however due to her fallen through the cracks type of party you mentioned she very wel could return with restitution. She needs to gain a lawer ASAP thats total BS and i personally would hold tore that boss a new one... pious luck!

Going to plead "no contest" for a 2nd violation speeding ticket correct idea or not?

I get one speeding ticket on November 7, 2007, paid it rotten recently on December 5, 2007. 10 minutes after paying it sour got another ticket surrounded by the same location and same speed as the 1st ruin, so it was inwardly the 18 months. Still going to take 8 hour traffic institution for the first violation past my court date on January 7, 2007. I am going to plead no contest and when he asks why I'll admit it and say aloud "Your honor I am a full time student at Glendale Community College, I was trying to be wary, but wasn't paying attention to the speed rate due to the fact that I have a lot of presentations to present and studying hard beside finals coming up, It was a downhill street and I did not know I be going at 50 mph as the legal speed target is 35 but the car be still going downhill before the officer pulled me over" Should I bear some things out or add anything? Improvise it for me if you enjoy anything you'd like me to supply into. or remove. Thank you!
Answers: LOE53 has a point. A no contest plea system you don't ADMIT anything, but won't fight the charge. You will without beating about the bush be found guilty and sentenced as if you plead guilty. The main cause for a no contest plea is that it can't be used against you in a civil suit. You are not subject to a civil suit for speeding, so i.e. not an issue.
You got 2 TICKETS inwardly a month of each other? And in a minute you want to make excuses. Sad.
If you blew that smoke up MY hind parts, I'd nod deliberately and say, "I recognize. That'll be $200 fine plus $65 court costs. If I see you again in the subsequent 12 months, you'll be walking for 90 days. Next case."
Just name the court, ask how much the ticket is and mail contained by the fine!
Keep your mind on your driving, keep your hand on the wheel, save your eyes on the road ahead (from a song of the 50's).

Management here is have a door decorating contest amongst adjectives of the tenants surrounded by my apartment building . My unit is a two-story building and at hand are 10 other families on my same floor , twice contained by the course of 9 days , my door , which has be decorated beside wrapping paper and cup ornaments , is being vandalize . I am coming home , and / or waking up contained by the morning to find that someone has pulled the ornaments bad of the door and has broken them on the floor . Twice I enjoy replaced the ornaments , If I happen to be home and fence in them myself , so help me God ! but this is going on while I am asleep or away . What to do ? Ive reported it to the proprietor and I think the police dept would only laugh at me if I reported to them a issue so small . Answers: You should report it, they can check for fingerprints perchance and if the vandal has committed ancient crimes which could be likely, he cor she could gain in trouble, which they should.

Just notify the cops you dont want to make a big settlement out of it but it keeps going on and it is vandalism so it is a crime.

You could tell a report station to if you wanted...

Or you could set a trap for them so if they break something it is full of paint or babe-in-arms powder or something like that..you know what I denote.

How does a person replace an attorney surrounded by texas handling a civil workers comp retaliation case?

1. ATTORNEY DROP THE BALL ON SCHEDULING DEPOSITIONS.
2. ATTORNEY IS ATTEMPTING TO DUMP MY CASE THAT IS A BETTER CASE THAN THE SMITH VS. LOWE'S AND SAME CASE AS JONES VS. THE TORO CO. WHICH THE COMPANY WAS PUNISHED WITH A 30 MILLION VERDICT.
3. THE WRONFULL TERMINATION CASE WAS MADE BEFORE I HANDED IT TO MY ATTORNEY SO HE HAS NOT HAD TO DEVELOPE THE CASE OR WORK ON IT AT ALL..
Answers: As beside any service provider (e.g., a mechanic, a maid), you can generally cancel current representation and seek investigational counsel. As the client, you have the power below the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct to discharge your attorney at any time, with or minus cause, subject to liability for payoff for the lawyer's services.

Depending on your attorney's handling of the case, you may also enjoy an action for allowed malpractice and/or a valid grievance with the Texas shaft. I am a huge Glenn Beck fan but.?

On yesterdays radio show Glenn made it public that he invests most of his money into foreign companies through international funds. He said he feel this was not anyone unpatriotic, my initial reaction be that it is being unpatriotic, am I wrong to touch this way or should I verbs to feel that Glenn might be better served study a foreign language so he can find tentative fans contained by the countries he wishes to support with his finances?
Answers: It's his money.

I prefer to buy American, except for cars and wives. For these, I be in motion Asian!

No, I didn't buy my wife. That was a trick!
He's not supporting him with his finances. His intention is to formulate money off of them.

I got contained by an accident - we did not folder a poice report - was that a desperate idea?

I own never been contained by an accident til today, and we decline to do a police report, now my friend is adage its a bad view and they can sue me, is this true?
Answers: Heres the funny part just about fender benders. A police report means subsequent to nothing.

I come and go and get a statement, just close to you would. I write it up for the insurance companies to look at. Then they come and do their own investigation.

My report will just own the statements of both drivers and my take on the happenstance.

The "other guy" can always swing his/her story. Leave it up to the insurance company to deal beside.
no way
its a hassle
yep, they sure can andd it iis your word against theirs. or a spectator sport of who can hire the toughest lawyer.
yea, really bleak idea. It's against the imperative, no matter how impossible of an accident... you might wanna report 1 before its too behind schedule.
ALWAYS call the police.
If near was vandalize to either vehicle it may enjoy been a doomed to failure idea. Other than that, if no report be filed, nearby is very little coincidence they can do anything down the road. If you need to cause a claim to your insurance, you will most likely obligation the report.
Any thing could be true. You do necessitate to inform your Insurance company, even if you do not intend to use them, your policy requires they be notified.
Yesssss, Joshhhh. Go wager on and file the report.
Yes. You call for to call the police right away and report it. Even though it is after the crash, you need to share your side before you are defending yourself.
they can come spinal column and bite you so hard. man, I'm glad I'm not within your shoes.
BIG mistake, the other person can vote things happened however they want to, and YEA they can sue the heck outta you.. sorry bud
dude if u get cash money than hell's no! drunk rich ppl.ahhhh they'll buy u a up to date CD player.

but if u werent at defect u should. they may get to the forensic b4 u. but hey it depends on the misfortune. dude next time use ur phone to copy the person at lowest say its ok. they might be a felon or have contrabands.
Yup. I was a fruitless idea. This schmuck can claim hit and run and adjectives kinds of medical problems. Then guess what happen? He gets an attorney and you take the living crap sued out of you.

Should have file a police report and let the insurance companies skirmish it out.
if you were at failing, not bad for you.
Always phone the police when you have an twist of fate. it's the only approach to go.
resourcefully, if neither parties be hurt and there be no damage done to the vehicle than it could be ok...but you gotta remember to that they could always come rear legs and try to sue you for damages or saying they in fact were hurt when they told you they be not. all contained by all, it's upright to file a police report regardless.
It's usually best to database a report to stop the possibility of a lawsuit but it's most important to folder a claim with both your insurance company and the other person's insurance company. They are usually the ones that opt fault anyway depending on the cicumstances of the misfortune.
Yes, that was a impossible idea. You don't mention much so its difficult to share what happened. Was anyone hurt? How much overexploit was done? Is your motor totaled? If people surrounded by the other car be hurt, you are open for a decree suit. You could wind up paying for their medical expenses. If their motor was shabby, you could have to wages that, also, along with any damages to surrounding property. If you report it to the police, near is a record of the disaster and then you can label an insurance claim. ON THE OTHER HAND, WERE YOU DWI AND TRYING TO HIDE THE FACT FROM THE POLICE?
I would only involve the police if it be 100% the other guys fault. Otherwise why invite the police to prosecute you. If it be 100% your fault and you adopt that then I don't see what they could sue you for because you are already admit it.

The only benefit I can see to involving the police within a disputed accident is if you are positively sure that they are wrong but they don't accept it.

After the even their is not much point as the cars enjoy moved so it is your word against theirs no matter what happen and involving the police will not prevent them from suing you anyway.
If you exchanged information -
Your insurance info
Your identity

Then, it's just a situation between the insurance companies. Unless someone was INJURED, afterwards a police report does NOT need to be done. When someone is injured, it is accurate to have it record. It's more a matter of courtesy, if it's merely a "bumper thumper" disaster.

Don't panic. Call your insurance company and travel over the details with them. They do requirement that info. Have all details equipped for them when you make the phone. Then leave it up to them to manipulate it from there.

Next time, enjoy your insurance card copied to give to the other soul in the fluke. Also, carry a disposable camera (that have flash) in your glovebox. THis will comfort keep everyone honest. Make follow-up of time of day, road conditions, directions, intersections, witnesses, any indications of injury of yourself, occupant, or the other party. Be unbelievably very detailed, and you will most imagined come out good, even if it does detail that you be in error. It would prove your credibility to enjoy details, even if they do not favor you.

Bad idea because surrounded by the insurance forms somewhere in adjectives that small writing and misleads terms it states "if you go and get in a coincidence all the police". I remember my first happenstance someone ran the stop sign and totaled my coup¨¦. They tried to claim it was my responsibility and they didn't see me don't call the police etc. But after an police investigation they be found in the wrong for both speeding and fiasco to yield.
Most importantly nation good race make costly discouraging decisions don't be one of them report a report for your protection.
In most states, if there is smaller number than $2000 dollars damage, the police won't even report a report. They could sue you even if you have a police report. People sue others for looking at them wrong! Doesn't be going to they'll win.
Let your insurance company handle the problem. That's what you reward your premiums for.
wtf u think ur doing, find the hell to the police now

Is this sexual assualt?

a man grasping but immediately letting turn of your boob
Answers: Technically yes unless he was falling and a moment ago reaching for anything. One may need to prove intent to fondle. :-) Are they correct ones?
If it was intentional, yes. A guy could unambiguously get surrounded by trouble for that. That's like have a woman grasping but immediately letting stir of a man's penis.
