Child Support?

Hi i recently moved from me moms house where on earth i was recieving child support from my father who disappeared a few years back. Now that im moved out she continues to recieve pay for pay and 25 a month for medical bills even though i have insurance. So my question is, is within anyway the child support can go to me, not my mother this is surrounded by ohio. Thanks

Children are not owed child support monies.

The only route you can get the money is if your mother agrees to it. So ask her for it. But remember not to capture angry with her if the answer is no because it is justifiably for her.

My husband took out a payday loan, when he go to pay on the harmonize and get another loan the bank clerk gave him means of access too much money back. When he went to renew it, the bank clerk gave him a delivery for the first loan saying that it be paid within full without taking his money. Then she renewed the loan giving him an further $200. Totaling $430 when she only should of given him $200. It's so mouth-watering because here at Christmas we really need the money, but if I could hold past its sell-by date untill after Chistmas to give it rear would help us so much. I don't own a clue what to do. Right before this happen my car broke down and we have a water percolate that cost around $300. Whats the deal is this a blessing or should we tender the money back and be broke? Could he bring in trouble because the desk clerk made a mistake? Please help?

I understand how appealing it may be, but you need to return the money. The opening of the cashier could rely on the money person returned. I worked at a casino as a cashier supervisor for 5 years and when a banker makes a costly mistake it may cost them their charge. You could also be charged with breaking and entering if the company could prove you were overpaid. (surveillance cameras). This is a really firm question. Obviously you stipulation the money, and this seems close to a blessing, but ask yourself what type of person you really are. And I'm not dictum this to put you down, but if you're the type of person who is going to be looking over your shoulder or have a guilty conscience over this, then make a contribution the money back. There is no impair done if you give the money subsidise, but if you keep the money, spend it, and are next billed or asked for it and don't have it, you could slump under worst times. Can a backround investigator call your glorious school and ask if you be suspended and why ? I know they can get your transcripts but be not sure if personal records be available to them. Are disciplinary actions (such as suspension) private?
