My sister goes to a university.in attendance is no more to the story.She was accuse of cheating on an essay and her teacher give her an f and i tried to be helpful and explain to the professor i watched her write it,but the professor became severely nasty next to me so i became heartless back.Ok I don`t know i shouldnt have tried to yak to the teacher but i be only trying to back! They want to kick her out of the university presently because of me.She had no control over me she asked me not to budge in but i walk in anyways.They shouldnt punish her for my schedule.She was accuse of cheating by allowing her friend to email her assignment for her because she didnt have access to email and he did.That is the truth!!! no engagements were taken on him except the f and he be allowed to stay but she will get kicked out.I judge there is a lawsuit brewing here.Answers: Nope No lawsuit. university can kick you out if they hold reason to believe you cheated.

If public, next its charter will call for some sort of disciplinary audible range process in which she can appeal her proposed expulsion.
If private, later it can make its own rules, and doesn`t matter what those rules are she is bound by them.

I doubt there is a lawsuit as you can be suspended or expelled from any any university for offenses such as cheating or misconduct.
You need to butt out and allow your sister to shift to the teacher and the dean contained by a conference over the conduct and see what happens.

The college should have some process to appealing this. Look into that. Also, ask your sister to yak to someone she know, perhaps another dean or something who can put contained by a good word for her or at least possible help explain what she have to do to appeal the decision and what steps she can run to improve her probability of a successful appeal.

Probation violation question?
My fiance has be in young offenders` institution since tuesday for a probation violation. He be originally on probation because he got charged w/ poss. of heroin (although adjectives he had be syringes and razor and a glass) and he get probation and he had to rob classes, community service and pay fines. He finished his classes and community service, and have paid some of his fines. He took a drug trial through a doctor last week who told him he tested positive for MJ and Coke, and when he go to see his PO he told her the truth, and she arrested him. Now, what I want to know is if the judge is going to hold him or release him tomorrow. This is his first defiance, he does not have anything else on his dictation, and he wrote a letter to the settle explaining that he wont do it again, and how 4 days in lock up has qualified him a lesson and he has a livelihood he needs to hold on to in writ to provide for us. His PO is also filling out a form maxim that he told the truth. Do you think that the regard as being will hold him until the hearing?Answers: He will probably stay within jail until the revocation audible range. I worked in a ample city Emergency room for too long, and it made me sick!
