State of nj disability - what do i do if they only compensated 3 months?

my fiance was surrounded by a bad chance in sept 07. hes still injured and remedial from the accident. we applied for state disability for him and get it from sept 7 - nov 27th, now they sent us a notification stating "you have be paid the maxixum amount allowable on your claim" does he inevitability to reapply or what do we do now? anyone know??? im worrying and cant telephone call cause its 230 am.. they arent start...

Can A Landlord Sue For Damages Caused From Suicide?

A fellow rented a room in my home for a short length of time and then committed suicide within my home. I am emotionally messed up from finding the body and it has ruined my enthusiasm of the property in which I hold lived for 40 years. There are also monitary damages to property value and honest relations with my neighbors. This man's estate will win 10 million dollars surrounded by a sex abuse grip in which his suicide will be the final proff that he be adversly affected. I am expecting a social worker to come to my home?

I work for an apartment community. And it never fails, respectively month i get a whiney resident.. Complaining more or less their rent and about the past due charges. Here rent is due on the 1st and late the 3rd, i enjoy people trying to foot rent on the 15th! and complain about the slowly fee's...I just dont construe it! And they come in yell at me as if it my fault they are unpaid... Are u one of these people?

What do we want? Drunk drivers AND stoned drivers, or worse, both? Its illegal, and this is currently problem satisfactory. Should we tax it, and legalise it? Who contained by there right mind would grow it justifiably? What would these taxes go toward? At some point they would hold to go toward paying rotten the medical requirements of ageing users. Now we would see massive taxation as comapired to cigarettes today. Then the eventual social rejection of its use.

This question pops up each day in this forum. After years of seeing the social effects, psychological effects, and effects on family. There is nothing that can prove to me that it have any medical, or otherwise bennificial worth to society. It is merely an escape. And in its use, nought more than a rejection of social norms.

God give us free will. And with it the responsibility to choose between different path. One is right, the other wrong. Gray area is for those underprovided courage to choose. I newly watched Michael Moore's documentary "Sicko", and he claims that the US is the simply country in the Western Hemisphere not to volunteer free healthcare. I know Michael Moore is known for twisting the "truth" and editing his documentaries to exaggerate his assessment, but why doesn't free health meticulousness work in the US? In the documentary he claimed that our affairs of state was bought stale by the insurance/drug companies; if true, can this be reversed?

Having "free" healthcare isnt as glam as it sounds. For someone making equal income in the UK, partially thier income is taken away by taxes (because of the "free" things they recieve from the government); whereas here one would keep most of their income and enjoy to pay up for some robustness insurance and other medical as you need.

Do i still go to the "Examination hearing"?

I won my court crust and the defendant was ordered to remuneration me.the defendant has remunerated and is on a schedule to verbs to pay a different time, so is it necessary to still travel to the "Examination Hearing" which is scheduled for tomorrow (Dec 21)? When we (me and defendant) go to court on Monday the Judge ordered (and the defense agreed to) pay chunk of the sum owed me by today (Thurs, Dec 20), and the remaining sum in 60 days...However, because the "Examination hearing" is still programmed for this Friday (Dec 21) is it even necessary to still walk to that since the defendant is keeping up with the money agreement (payed me the 1st installment on Thurs)?

i cant see what i would actually speak to the judge at the Examination audible range except for "Yup, the defendant paid me yesterday and let hope he keeps it up"..Can you convey me, should i go tomorrow to this programmed Examination Hearing and say something to the regard as being anyway (the defense has told me they wont be going to this)?
