Is my brother a fugitive?
Yesterday my brother called me up and said he have two tickets for a concert and wanted me to be in motion. I initially said no because he always finds a opening to get into trouble, but he promised to be honest so I agreed to it. We had a few drinks back the show so we could really feel the music, but he continued drinking and get smashed. He did behave himself for the most part and I be proud of him. When the show was over he found me contained by the crowd and told me he had met a girl and be going to get a ride home next to her. I didn't object, so I go home without him and go to bed.This morning I woke up and found him passed out in the backyard, crushed, bruised, shirtless and handcuffed. I promptly drug him into the house and noticed two puncture wounds on his rear, so I think he get the taser. Should he turn himself in? He have no wallet last darkness so the cops didn't get his ID. No one know who he was and I know he didn't notify them his name. Anyone know how to go and get handcuffs sour? What should I do?

If he got handcuff and tasered by the police, they would not have dumped him within your backyard. In any case, if he did not own his wallet, how would the police know where he lived?
Tasers do not hand down puncture wounds. They may leave burn results if they hit bare skin.
You can saw the shackles off or try to break the locking mechanism with a sledge sledge hammer. Better yet, exit the handcuffs on until you attain him into rehab.
Most handcuff don't own real locks. You can try near a thick line (a paper clip for example, the big ones) and jiggle near it to release the latch. The handcuff "key" is basically a lever.

I usually don't take the cop's side because they overreact 99.99% of the time. But if you're brother be arrested for real criminal amusement (robbery, assault, rape, murder) I hope he gets caught soon.

Who regulates the Internet?
I need back in my computer course. I hold narrowed this question down to two answers. I am proclivity towards answer number 2. Does anyone know for sure?Question: Who Regulates the Internet?

No one regulates it. What you might be thinking of is ICANN, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. Headquartered within Marina Del Rey, California, ICANN is a California non-profit corporation that was created on September 18, 1998 within order to oversee several Internet-related tasks previously performed directly on behalf of the U.S. Government by other organization, notably IANA.
ICANN assigns and maintain domain names among other things.
Anyone can build a website and post anything they want though.
What are my legal rights for packages vanished on my door (by USPS)and were never received?
i have USPS confirm they did deliver the package on monday while i be at work - but i never saw the package. that same daytime, i had another packet delivered (by DHL) and it be still there when i get home.Answers: Was it insured? If not, I am not sure you have any officially recognized rights. I suppose you could sue the USPS for negligence (you'd probably have to directory a claim first) but I don't know of any other similar suits.

Unless it be sent signature required USPS has done their career and fulfilled their obligation, even if somebody did pace off next to it.

However, if the deposition is notice, then a physician defendant would own to give nouns under oath at the deposition as cut of the lawsuit. This only applies to defendants. Non-parties would own to be subpoenaed and their testimony would own to be relevant. Experts depositions can also be notice.

Now that I know the father is involved, I enjoy to say that I support the 60 year antiquated man. I am a long-time skier and have see too many unconsidered and out of control skiers and snowboarders. People enjoy died because of these irresponsible people. That child should hold been taking programme or restricted to a small hill. I own a stepson that is research to ski so I know what it's like. This country is going barmy!!! I'm all for equal rights...but not double standards. It is easier to capture in the police if you are from a minority. Why???? It should be best man for the undertaking even if they all turned out to be white, adjectives black etc.etc. At my Uni there is a Black society I cant unite, a Chinese society I cant join, a Jewish society I cant blend..If someone set up a White society they'd be thrown out...why these double standards? The whole problem next to equal rights is that what is 'equal' is judged by looking at the standards of the dominant (in this armour white) social group.
But i do agree with you. I am member of the dominant race contained by my country and i too get frustrated when i see what looks close to double standards. Not just within the case of see or ethnicity but in vocabulary of the urban/rural divide. In the name of EQUALITY, the standards for respectively social group are DIFFERENT! So for example, getting into free public university is very much easier for the rural student than the urban one.
But the piece that must be remembered is that because of our race, ethnicity, magnificence etc, the chance we hold of living up to a certain standard (e.g., getting into university) is different. It's said that white general public have it the easiest...so, they don't obligation the extra help. The minorities are trailing to start with so they have need of more 'help' so as to level the playing grazing land. It looks like the minorities are getting some unwarranted advantage over the majority, but what you aren't seeing is that the majority are within a higher or better place to start beside.

I don't believe this. Only entry rank positions are available to university graduates, which could head to a high flying profession in policy or elsewhere. I don't see how spending 3 extra years at school can eradicate your adjectives sense or life skill, this newly doesn't match up. A student doesn't stop living when they attend college - copious work part time job, pay bills, own relationships. In fact, I would jump as far to say that most live on enormously low income - far less than the average pay and it is by learning to be modest they develop an appreciation for economics. I survive on newly $12,000 per year.
To ascend further in their career, the university graduate needs to prove themselves and if they paucity the common sense mandatory for their job this will immediately be revealed itself to the employer within a event of months. And most of the high flying positions go to the graduates from the top school in the country, not your average university student, these population are not idiots, most are highly, intricate working, intelligent, learned individuals. The mistakes that you are conversation about are few and far between. And what you send for a mistake they probably say they only just have a different perspective from you.
