Answers: Unfortunately it is a "damd if you do, damd if you don't question". Basically, no, they don't HAVE to spend it... however, if they DON"T spend it, they receive less money the subsequent time when they may actually involve it. In other words, if you have extra, you better spend it or the subsequent years budget will be cut. The sad certainty is, many lots government agencies are underfunded and desperate for incredibly needed programs and equipment, but every once in a while do to a give in, earmark or redistribution or funds they find they enjoy extra money... while it would make sense to be capable of save it for other times, or use it for other projects, or furnish it to other agencies they actually stipulation it right now... if they do any of that, they will loss the money the subsequent time when they do need it. When you file the response, you should have served a copy on the plaintiff, and the proof of service that you database will depend on how you served him.

How that's done, and whether you can serve it yourself (In most cases you can't) depends on State law and local court procedure.

I was contacted by this company. They review my resume on careerbuilder.com and so have many other campanies. But because of my setting I can't seem to find employment. Health insurers in the USA exist because they put profits for shareholders earlier people. You do not generate a profit by paying out ! Big money equals big influence as every sycophantic political wannabee will be happy to be a lapdog to these corporations

If the USA was to stop wasting its due payers money on stupid wars it would be capable of finance a strength system that could provide free health watchfulness at best, to a heavily subsidized at worst health prudence system for ALL Americans.

That way strength insurance would be optional for those who want special treatment , IE private rooms or specific Dr's of their choice and not compulsory.

1. You settle for an insurance plan.
2. The plan you picked out & pay for doesn't cover experimental services.

That mortal said, if you pick a health insurance plan lacking experimental benefits, the insurance plan won't pay them. Duh.

Or, if this insurance be through the parents group health plan from their employer, and be paid for by the employer... They obligation to scream @ HR, not the insurance company.

I believe the number of years married to a departed spouse to be able to claim SSI is 10 years, so if your sister and her husband be married for ten years or longer she may be able to claim his SSI. As for the daughter, if she is younger than 18 years infirm or if she is attending college she may have a right to SSI from her father.
