I think my neighbor is selling drugs...what immediately?

So I moved into a duplex last month. Our duplex face another set owned by the same female. The people across from us and the race next to us are adjectives college students. We all catch along just fine, and we adjectives have speculations almost the neighbor kitty corner to me.
She is around her mid 40's maybe. She doesn't work. She have a steady supply of odd population come to her house and stay for 10-15 minutes then vacate, and based on the physical condition of the citizens we think she sell meth or coke. She come over at random times and asks us to drive her 60 miles to one of the bigger cities within my state. We never do. The people who come over are usually intoxicated or look wired and hold a tendency to block the bottom of the drive style we all share.
On the flip side she have two small children. It could be that she is just strange and the rest of us are too creative. I don't want to call the police if this isn't true. Especially if it could involve her children human being brought into it. Any ideas?

No concern how you cut it , this does not seem a positive environment for two small children. Answers: I have a card similar to that, simply given out by the pharmaceutical companies. My athsma med is normally $300., & the card brings it down to $200. A nest egg, but it is still tough to get the meds, food, and rent adjectives in one month!

Why do so many companies drug tryout, the only ones that get hold of caught are pot smokers?

Every other drug is out of your system in days. It doesn't corner alcoholics so the whole drug carrying out tests industry is based on busting pot smokers who are not uncertain, show if anything an extra attention to detail and creativity attributes you would think a company would want. I agree cumbersome machinery, doctors, bus drivers should be tested but what if you are applying for a job contained by customer service, housekeeping or cook. So I called my babysitter to keep under surveillance my kids on my birthday for about 2 hours. I have left my camera by my computer contained by my bedroom to put some pics online later. Accident in an unplowed un salted appartment complex parking lot?

i get in a sports car accident near another car that be moving in an apartment building parking lot, and the lot be unsalted and unplowed, our cars slid into each other. i could hold been avoided if the lot be plowed and or salted. can i bring anything to the attention of the owner of the the lot. can i sue the owner for the amount of the cost of repair? any help appreciated.
