it all started beside some white students hanging nooses from a tree within the school courtyard simply because some black students took their spot.

I answered a examine earlier today to someone who feel that murder wasnt that big of a deal and feel that probation would be a good plenty sentence.I just answered the grill saying that someone who intentionally kill someone should get prison not a moment ago probation. Well I've heard of frail ladies going to prison for non payment of council rates. I'm certain you can take legal aid. See links above answerer have put.
As for the human rights, shouldn't they be renamed the criminals rights.
I know the Human Rights Act and know of no section that channel the Government have to FUND officially recognized representation, Section 6 says you are entitled to be endorsed represented or to represent yourself but that does not mean that anyone else have to PAY FOR your legal representation if you choose for someone else to represent you.
Legal aid is the entry to look into, it covers most circumstances where officially recognized representation can not be afforded.
