You not being allowed to bring the item to institution is a different issue. They could have chosen to convey you to the principals office near the item and have your parents come pick you up. Instead they chose to become responsible for the item.

Why are nurses salaries regulated but not other more costly parts of form care?
When Michael Dukakis be running for president he stated he would cap nurse’s salary (nationally as he did in Mass) to give support to contain for profit health attention costs. Essentially nurse’s salaries did become regulated. Based on years experience and nouns of the country the salaries are equal at all services in respectively region. Why isn’t this done for CEO and doctor’s salaries and for profit margins of any entity that uses federal funding (any medical facility that receive federal funds and any drugs or products discovered using federal money for research).Answers: It does seem that doctors and CEO’s salary can vary greatly inside any region of the USA and the nurses salaries are base on years of experience and not actual experiences (nurses salaries may ebb and flow a few dollars from facility to facility, where as a doctor or CEO’s earnings can vary by a million dollars and pharmaceutical companies can attain 1000% profit.).
I suppose one concern is that politicians get involved and promise federal import tax money to guarantee high profits and salary of doctor/ CEO’s in exchange for political support. For profit institutions paying its staff partially a million to millions of dollars should not be eligible for federal funds. (Probably if they did not pay those salary they would not be in debt and inevitability the funding).
I have be a nurse for 32 years. I am not aware of any government body regulating nurses salary. My colleagues in different hospitals and agencies own different wages and salaries. Some are contained by unions.

I purely recently completed a 4-1/2 year "tour of duty" as a public sector healthcare CEO. The policy agency I headed employed hundreds of nurses next to strong union representation, who negotiate healthy net increases year after year. In fact, in recent times the opposite be and is true. The competition for nurses among healthcare agencies is out of control. MY counterparts at comparably-sized private, so-called "non-profit" hospitals be pulling down salaries 10-15 times what I be making...but again I digress.

Now, I suppose it's possible that hospitals and healthcare agencies in a given region might privately "collude" to hold the strip on salaries for nurses to stabilize the labor supply surrounded by the area. How do you get an auctioneers license within Missouri?
Answers: Chapter 343 ("Public Auctioneers") of the Missouri Revised Statutes, August 28, 2007 (see Source, below) provides:

343.030. The clerks of the respective county commissions shall issue, at each possession, as many blank auction license for ten days, and for one, three, six and twelve months, respectively, as requested.

The licenses shall be lower than the seals of the respective county commissions, signed by the clerk, and shall authorize the those to whom granted to exercise the trade and business of auctioneers, by selling any property, real or personal, by auction inwardly the county for the period of time specified surrounded by such license.

Each collector shall grant to any personage, upon application and upon compliance with the requirements of this chapter, an auction license for ten days, or for one, three, six or twelve months, and for that purpose compress up and countersign one of the blank licenses received from the clerk.

I don't know. I would think it is, but the more I surmise about it, it's probably not. It's close to when VCRs came out for the sole purpose of record shows and movies off of TV. And immediately there's TiVO and all that apposite stuff, which seems to own no major official issues.

Not 100%. Often, when it comes to video recording a file to cartridge over the radio, unless you've been doing it for a while, and are fundamentally proficient in it, you tend to loose some characteristic in the song. I remember doing this, and have that problem.
In the case of MP3s, these tend to be directly ripped from a compact disc, so the quailty usually doesn't suffer as much, though it is possible. MP3s are also compressed, meaning that that bring up less space than the everyday .wav versions of said files.

If you try to SELL or GIVE AWAY a copy of a commercial recording, you could be prosecuted. If you hand over or sell a tape whilst retaining a copy for yourself you could be prosecuted. If you copy a recording that you never owned you could be prosecuted.
As for the different types of demo, it is entirely immaterial where on earth you recorded it from or the aspect of the recording surrounded by the eyes of the law.
