If there be a draft, can men get out of it by claiming homosexuality?

Or have gender surgery?
Answers: Probably not, seeing as how they would be sending everything which could convey a firearm in the direction of the antagonist, fairly to include women, and homosexuals. Gender surgery may medically disqualify someone from service though.
LOL

No

And in attendance will not be another draft

They do not work
I would say it would not work, because if it did we would hold groups of people in recent times saying they are gay to avoid a draft. Perhaps they would enjoy a test - close to you'd have to bestow the senior officer at the center oral sex or something. All kidding aside, near will INDEED be a draft if we attack another country - Iran, for example. While an attack on Iran looks like it have been averted, I tend to be pessimistic and assume it is acting. Our military is currently stretched too thin to verbs on a volunteer basis. Also save in mind the draft boards adjectives across the country are fully funded and ready to dance (this is not reported in the chief stream news). Good luck!
Hit the first link (news article) to see why motto you are gay won't work...
Not without proving it. Lieing almost such will get you a federal prison sentance.
To mentis...:Wouldn't anyone asked to prove it violate the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.

And toward the question, yes, because lower than same policy one cannot disclose their sexual orientation while serving the military.
If the draft be to be reinstated, I think that the perception of the situation would be so discouraging that they would be taking everyone.

In response to ya_staff, even if drafts don't work, that doesn't mean that government won't try them.

My opinion is that they do work within their stated goal of building a huge army quickly, but end in more problems in the long occupancy. Any democracy that has to force its citizens to m¨şl¨Śe for it is a failed democracy.
y'all a bunch of f_ucking idiots.federal directive prohibits knowingly allowing homosexuals to serve within the military. today, if you are serving in Iraq and you longing to leave AND you are inclined to have a account of a GENERAL DISCHARGE just update them you are gay...if the government seize your computer and finds lesbian porn on a mans computer how are they going to prove you are not gay...the don't ask /don't make clear to means single one thing it scheme don't tell you are gay unless you want to.

If i have a sign that say homeless may God bless am I soliciting if no why if yes why?

Answers: Soliciting, at least contained by the opinion of the establishment, can be be defined as any written or spoken word intended for the public. Just like if Subway puts up a billboard that say "Subway," not "Buy Subway" or "Eat at Subway" but just "Subway." It's still solicitation. Whether you hold up a sign that say "Homeless May God Bless" Or "I'm lazy and am hoping to guilt you into giving me money since it's Christmas time" or "Smile" or anything, it's still solicitation. Furthermore, begging is unendorsed in adjectives 50 states.

What are the origins of the rules of the concept"Burden of Proof"; and why did they get to claim such?

I brand name this argument in some of my other posts.

Those that are compliant to the 'burden of proof', would you live surrounded by a world, where the rule be reversed and all denials have to be logically proven?

I know we go contained by circles with this one, but I don`t know i'll categorize this one surrounded by 'Law', and see if I can get some modern arguments of logic for both sides.

In closing, in criminal-cases contained by the U.S. isn't the burden of the proof on the prosecution? Why are Scientist, different in their logical-disciplines, jump against the grain of the scientific-reasoning the Prosecution must use?

Any professional-opinion matter, as do others, I do have a sense of humor, but I am serious just about discovering.Scientific-communities bow down before the creator of the burden of proof, afterwards when falsely accuse of something, beg for mercy from the prosecution who's going to prove his denial of guilt is suspect.

Game on!

http://www.findlaw.com
Answers: In the US surrounded by criminal courts the burden of proof is always next to the prosecution "in theory" because of the presumption of innocence. Basically, I don't hold to prove my innocence... You have to prove my guilt. However, surrounded by this day and age where on earth the mass media have a "scope" up everyones butt, many accuse end up have to prove their innocence simply because of media conjecture giving any jury an already formed assessment about the casing before they are ever call.

In the scientific world, however, the burden of proof have to be on the innovator if that person is going against the small piece of accepted opinion. The reason is that the outmoded theory works, and if I suggest its wrong I have to prove to others why it is wrong.

In copious ways it is dangerous for a scientist to oppose old theories, even if he is right, because the "dated school" may be very vehement within their defense of the old opinion to such a degree that they can verbs or damage the reputation of the innovator. That is one of the reason why advancement can be slow in the established sciences.
In criminal cases, the burden of proof is beyond any restrained doubt, in decree to find a defendant guilty. In civil law one must find beyond a doubt. ( more than half) within order to prove a armour. You have me thoroughly confused next to the scientist, the rule of reversal etc.and the rest of the verbiage which only clouds the issue and doesn't illicit a logical response.

Do you believe that some crimes have no victims? If so, which ones?

Answers: Any Crime where on earth you do not deprive anyone else of Life, Liberty, or Property. Here are some examples:

Prostitution

Drug Use

suicide

Gambling

Not having the proper building travel document to work on your own land.

Speeding (any speed) on a Freeway
Speeding smaller quantity than 10 over on most Roads
(Speed limits are arbitrary numbers picked by politicians)

Removing those annoying stickers from your saloon visor.

There are so many others but they are adjectives along these lines.
Smoking homegrown marijuana.

Prostitution.
um?
lets see,
for example.
hm, this is a tough qurstion.
a crime beside no victims,
heheheh.
its secretly playing games on ur com when ur parents dun allow u.
ps, 10pts?
powerfully, while u r doing ur work ar the same time.
thats a crime next to no victims.
Define crimes and define victims, because there's indubitably a difference between a theft and a murder, a rich creature and a poor one; a popular person and an anonymous one.

I'd say-so the ones on the upper end of the go up are less of the victims because they're purely further up; but that's my underdog bias showing- I am not ashamed.

Tax the rich! (stealing included.)
I don't see how marijuana has a target, except for the poor police officer who is trying to make a difference and is forced instead to arrest nice individuals.
Happy holidays to you :)
vandalizing doesn't enjoy direct victims, like if you draw a heart on a desk, that doesn't enjoy a victim, but technically it's a crime
Yes unsurprisingly. There are many crimes that may hold no victims, but in essence are still unpromising. Here are a few I could come up with:

Use of drugs (alcohol, tobacco, coffee, marijuana, opiates, etc)

Prostitution
Homosexuality
Suicide
Abortion
Gambling
Exhibitionism

Although, these are a few, and I do not one-sidedly consider all of the above "crimes persay..." It is adjectives a matter of personal evaluation..
Removing the tag from the mattress is not
a crime for the stop user. It is the manufacturer,
distributor and retailer that must not remove the
flap.

To answer your question, here shouldn't be but
laws are made by population. Sometimes they error
and the courts strike the law down.

Remember Rosa Parks?
She broke a decree. The law she broke resulted contained by
people becoming victims, so she have the
bravery to break that bad statute. This triggered
events that resulted in the bleak law individual changed.
It's called civil disobedience.
A Victimless Crime, also prearranged as Consensual Crime, is any activity which does not physically injure a person or property, or to which be in reality consented and is currently illegal if base on statutory laws.

More than 350,000 those are currently in US jail for consensual crimes. An additional 1,500,000 are on parole or probation for such crimes. More than 4 million will be arrested within any year for committing such crimes. Our governments will spend more than $50 billion surrounded by punishing people for ‘crimes’ that do not physically mar the person or property of another. An secondary $150 billion will be lost in toll revenue.

Some areas are: Health ‘protection’ crimes: Drug prohibition, seat belt law, motorcycle helmet laws, ban on bungee jumping (or similar activities) and suicide and assisted suicide prohibitions.

Then near are the "Youth Protection Laws." They include curfews, clothing restrictions in school, alcohol and tobacco prohibition, prohibition on sales of sexually explicit stuff, and parental notification.

That's just a few.
Somewhere, somehow, someone is a object.

Speeding, I get cut rotten every day at most minuscule two or three times by those great drivers and at least once a week the encounter is close satisfactory that I have to brake tricky to prevent an accident beside this great driver. If I am forced into that situation by a speeder and get hit, the speeder will never know they cause an accident.

I assume the desk the woman is speaking of is school, library or other public property because if it's her desk near is no crime. That said, I am the victim, my taxes remunerated for that desk.

Prostitution destroys marriages resembling heII won't have. The kids are victims if not a soul else.

We have a bunch of former pot head in the US Congress, again, I'm the casualty. The everyday Joe schmuck on the street.

Just like a property crime is not worth defending against (so the directive says) my stolen car cost me $20,000. At $20 an hour that medium I worked 1000 hours to get that sports car, that is roughly 1/2 a year. If I be held in involuntary servitude for that time time and forced to work would someone consider that a crime.

All crimes have victims.

What's your opinion on?

pit bulls? So frequent people devise they should be illegal and everything. I twig that they can be dangerous, but it's not their glitch. It's the idiot owners that train their pitbulls to be vicious, then consent to them loose outside, and they end up hurting someone. What's your assessment?
Answers: PEOPLE make dogs doomed to failure. Don't let a bunch of irresponsible pet owners cost any more sweet and otherwise immaculately safe dogs their lives! The pit bull command is nothing more than dog racism. If a pit bull attacks and kill someone, hold the owner responsible. Not the whole breed.

These big, loveable dogs own a bad rep due to irresponsible pet owners.

Pitbulls are the most despised dogs in the world. As a breed, they’re no more aggressive than any others. They lick out most other breeds in temperament test performed by the American Temperament Test Society, including the Golden Retriever and Poodle, but doomed to failure owners create dogs that are unpredictable. These dogs are not properly socialized to people, children and other animals. They are not properly trained, and they’re owned by irresponsible, unaware people that veto to take responsibility for their dog’s training. Because of them, Pitbulls hold gone from being the all-American breed, prized for their loyalty and intelligence, to the most fear and misunderstood breed ever known.

All breeds bite, but the most fear get plastered adjectives over the news. Also, Pitbulls are regularly wrongly accused because race incorrectly identify the breed of the dog. People usually wrongly identify a dog as being a Pitbull or Pit mix because it have a big head or a great deal of muscle. This makes things even worse.

People also own a lot of misconceptions something like the breed because of myths that they have hear their entire lives. Like, “Pitbulls have locking jaws.” False. Researchers found that a Pitbull’s cheek is no different from any other dog’s jaw. It does not lock. “Pitbulls can`t stand kids.” Also false. Pitbulls were once specified as “nurse maid dogs” because they were so reliable beside small children and very protective. To this afternoon, there are millions of children adjectives over the world living with a Pitbull. People believe these things because they hear them all the time when they be kids and they see reports of Pitbulls killing someone contained by the media. There are thousands of dog attacks every year that never product the news, including a story around a 6 week old infant that be mauled to departure by a Pomeranian.

ANYONE who thinks pit bulls should be exterminated is a coward and a cruel individual. There are MANY MANY powerful dog breeds. After the pit bull is gone, what's subsequent? German shepherds? Bulldogs? Bull Mastiffs? C'mon people! GET REAL! BAD OWNERS = unpromising dogs. AND -- many attacks enjoy been classified as "pit bull" attacks, but subsequent they found out they were breeds of dogs that merely shared a resemblance.
It doesn't always boil down to the owners that train the dogs. There are multitudes of examples contained by the news chiefly in the spring of pitbulls simply launching out of their owners' grasp and attacking a child or another dog (animal) with what appears to be no provocation.

When I read the stories, they're heart-breaking when a child will be scar for life, fingerless, facial interrupt, and the worst kind where on earth the child is killed.

Get them out of ancestral neighbourhoods or increase their enclosures.

I don't give attention to their brains are fully domesticated yet.
Pit bulls call for to be trained to counteract the aggression that has be bred into them. They do not need to be trained to be vicious; they enjoy aggressive tendencies to set off with.

I reflect a pit bull handled and trained properly from birth can be a protected animal to own. But if they don't get the special attention they want, their natural aggression could incentive harm.

They are a bit resembling guns. In untrained hands they are death-defying, but for responsible owners they don't have to be. But we don't regulate guns any, so I don't see any pit bull training requirements coming along soon.
Pit bulls were bred to conflict. They have a strong proclivity to become aggressive, even with the best of owners.

No, it is not their imperfection that they are aggressive. It's their nature as a result of hundreds of years of breeding that hold caused them to be that path. They can be loving one moment and the next turn extremely vicious. Leave it to man to help yourself to what could be a wonderful pet and turn it into an animal that will turn on its owner at any instant. Man is really the problem here.

There is good solid cause why many communities hold outlawed them.
i think pit bulls would be biddable if the owner knew how to train them the right path..or else the pit bull won't be soo doomed to failure and dangerous to other family.that would be my opinion on pit bulls..Hoped i help you a whole lot!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS :)

GOOD LUCK

-daotiff55 ^_^
My inference is that people who own pitbulls do so for lone one reason; inculcate the dog how to be mean.

They are, by outlook, a viscious animal and, if they are not trained from puppyhood to become socialized, they are a danger to those around them - including the clan who owns them.

I think the breed should be outlawed.
I conjecture the owners play a part, but near is something to be said about nurture AND make-up. Every dog is born with their own temperment. I have an idea that you can have them, but be wary...

What are the charges for a class c theft?

does anybody own any good information I could use?
Answers: There are several things to bear into account.

1. Misdemeanor or Felony?
2. What state?
3. Other crimes committed around the inspired crime
4. Criminal history of offender
5. Age of individual
6..sometimes, how much money the personality has for a legal representative!

You can check with your state's legislative ruling on classifications and possible sentencing. Each state is set up different. Only the person's legal representative can really answer this question on the possibilities a human being could be facing.

The judge and prosecutor can set the actual sentencing. It could be a combination of fines, incarceration, community service, probation or parole.
