This cop seemed shady.? Why did I receive pulled over???

I got pulled over yesterday, and the cop said it be because my license plate was expired. But they weren't.

Then he asked for my drivers license, which I give him, and it had be expired since my birthday at the end of October. I only completely spaced it out, which I know is my fault completely. He give me a 300 dollar ticket for driving with an expired license.

I asked him if at hand was something wrong beside my license plates, as that was apparently why I get pulled over, and he got really upset and wouldn't directly answer! He would never answer my give somebody the third degree as to why I initially got pulled over... my license plates be fine!

I was really polite, and he started man a huge dick. He asked me if I was drunk, which I wasn't - not a drop, and I mull over that may have be to change the subject and fluster me?

Anyways, if anyone know if this cop was within the wrong for pulling me over initially. I feel close to my rights were violated, and it be his lucky day that my license be up.

You are in the wrong beside the long ago expired license. I would stop trying to find fault next to the officer's behavior. Just go to court and reimburse the fine. after renewing your license, that is.
The cop requirements to have probable grounds to pull you over and if he did not, the ticket will gain thrown out. Contest the ticket in court and claim the officer did not enjoy probable cause.
